Porn writers writing exclusively things that get their motor running is a good thing. It's how great porn is produced. Churning out stuff just because other people want it gets you content that's dry and tasteless.
Games ghat focus on a specific fetish, or a small group of fetishes generally have way better sex scenes than games that try to have something for everyone for that exact reason.
This game gets around that by having a fairly wide group of writers. But I'd personally rather each writer stick to what they enjoy and are good at than try and satisfy people who aren't into the content in the first place.

Uh, no, no it's not. This kind of media is best when they cater to the playerbase, not themselves. I mean, it's great if they and their players share the same preferences, but if they don't, well, it's not very fun for the guy playing, now is it? There is a reason that third party content is still being made for the original, even though Flash was murdered a long time ago.
Personally, while there is a lot of stuff in this game that I like, getting to it is such a chore that I don't even play it anymore. I just open the debugger and read the stuff that I want to read.
Apparently, corrupting Ryn is not a thing, no.
And that guy should obviously be playing something else. That's the point.
The audience should be self selecting. If everyone writes about what they're into, then everyone will link up with the things they are into written by someone who has passion for those things, not have to wade through a crapload of stuff churned out to hit as wide an audience as possible.
That's 100 percent my point. The people working on the game now are under no obligation to write anything they don't want to write. They write what they like, amd the people that like the same thing gravitate towards that content. That's how porn should be written.

Anyone know how to imprison Gytha? I've run into her a lot before Dracia but can't seem to get the option. I'm guessing it's probably for high corruption?

That would be true if this game were an original IP, but it's the sequel to a much beloved title. The audience already has certain expectations haven't been met. It is, therefore, criticized for not being what they wanted. The audience should always be accommodated first, even if it means doing things that the developer doesn't like.
Really? huh...haven't had storage issues myself, then again I do try to get all the extra chests I possibly can (There's the one with Garth, the one in the Wayfort ruins, the one Oxanna's daughter "sells" after you kick some kitsune tails and get her mom's bag, the one Gweyr gifts you at the end of her whole quest and...I think that's all of them?)
That "much beloved title' was handled exactly like that. Fenoxo wrote about stuff he liked.
The super weird shit that people miss about CoC1? That wasn't written for mass appeal. Jizz sucking mouth lipples, lips bigger than a person's head, incestuous bug-on-bug sex, hoeny rape-happy futas....that stuff was written to appeal to the person writing it.
Thats why there's so few fuckable dudes in CoC1 - Fen isnt into dudes.
It branched out mostly towards the end, when it started getting more submissions amd Fen started taking commissions (Patreon wasn't really in full swing yet).
Heck, that's theoretically the entire ethos behind Patreon - artists create things that they want to create, you find the person creating stuff that you also like and give them money ti do what they're doing. How well it works is....up for debate, but that's what a patron does.

I thought the same thing, I was hoping for demon ryn after seeing the art, but nope. What a waste.
Though maybe it’ll be something in the future? A corruption final path, hopefully?
I *think* that only comes up if you chose to be her lover. If you gave her first fuck to Cait/Arona/Elthara or you chose to only stay friends the option doesn't seem to appear. Someone correct me on this though.

According to patch notes, you can also do it if she's low confidence.
So low confidence Ryn or lover Ryn.
I mean it does make sense, Etheryn being locked is a huge problem. Setting aside the fact she won't be able to sire heirs and it robs her of dignity being a member of a royal family it also makes relieving herself a chore. It's also a symbol of her sister's control over her so freeing her from the cage is an act of mercy. She'll only put herself back on a cage if it's for someone she trusts and loves (in this case you) or if she's not confident enough that she just lets you do whatever.
