I think you have to do one of Nakano’s stupid quests first. Once Keros offers to make you a kitsune, you can fuck Komari.

Tobs can't write a sex scene to save his life but he can put together the frame work of a compelling story in porn better than most. I enjoy most of his characters as they usually aren't one note porn archetypes that have no depth.....he just sucks at the porn part and gets in his own way at times. I say that to say this new kid AURY may write Tobs characters better than he does. I haven't laughed at porn in quite some time and i genuinelly laughed at a few scenes. I don't have a pain kink so the porn was ehhhh but it wasn't boring.
to sex the hag you have to:
- do Evergreens quest to access the Kitsune den
- free Kiyoko (get the Amber Orb in the Kitsune shrine, impregnate the fox in your dreams, check on your new daughter once, tell Komari about the Orb to free Kiyoko)
- do a single other Kitsune quest e.g. battle some puppets as a test for Rindo
- then talk with Komari to see the Flirt option
additionally, there's one Komari sex scene where you have to be a Kitsune yourself

Komari was kind of a disappointment, yeah. The scenes aren't exciting at all, the only one I might have liked is the Illusion Play where she uses a spell to appear younger: she's at least slightly more enthusiastic.
I might've actually preferred it if The Observer wrote it. The new writer, Aury, seems into BDSM stuff and they did alright with Katya, but Komari was pretty meh.
Like some other stuff in the game, it kinda seems like the writer forced too much of their vision into the game. Variables are supposed to be a thing: the PC does have to agree to how Komari wants to handle it, so I'm not objecting to scenes being written in a certain way, but don't tell me that an 8 feet tall, Tone 100, highest Strength available Champion is actually overpowered; write in variables to say that they are letting Komari overpower them because that was the agreement, or that they can endure her treatment because they have max Toughness too.
Now I want Carmen, but it's too bad that she's apparently at the bottom of Savin's priorities.

Im hype for Carmen as long as she isn't written by Aury again, because Komari just wasn't sexy or erotic in any way. Like i literally didn't get any reaction down there while reading, which is rarely ever happens.
I gotta agree, i honestly feel like Tobs would have a done a better job with her scenes. I think what really was missing was the enjoyment of the PC, it was all about the pain and getting destroyed but not much about the PC enjoying.
Fuck me man, Komaris new art was fucking wasted.

Yeah, there is quite a disconnect between her bust and her in game description and role of an old lady. Quite a disappoinment.
Also, Komari seems to be written as hard Femdom type of gall. So if you aint into the idea of girl taking charge, then I get it. Still, for those that kept begging for it, I am curious what they think.
