Talking to the bee girl at the fort seems to not be triggering the quest alone. Nor does completing the wayfort upgrades then talking to her, either.

Unfortunately, Savin isn't just a writer. He's the project leader and head writer so everyone else on his team has to follow this if he decides to be pushy about it which we can assume he has been considering the confused tone of the overall story.
Doubt. Only one thing actually concerns him and that is $$$. IF he started to lose that, we would get content cause he would need our support, but as long as those people keep paying him on patreon for the same crap he has been putting out pretty much since start. It isn't going to happen.
Brienne = is one of the best things to actually come out of this game so far. There are some more, but that is another list.

How the bloody hell do you find purple dye for Sarena's quest? I've killed so many imps by now in the undermountains when there not being cheap with their disarm spamming but they never drop purple dye. I tried even using the editor and purple dye doesn't even show up on that lol

He gave permission for anyone who wants to write for his characters, so it could happen, but I doubt it.
