I'm late to this, but I just wanted to give you some real advice. Porn addiction is no joke dude, doesn't matter if it's porn games or simply watching real porn and beating your meat several times a day. It's usually the result of coping. Like the lack of a real relationship, friends, or simply no motivation.

Best way to break it off is to start using your time for other, more productive activities. You could try working out, dabbling in a hobby you're interested in, or even just going out more can help. You're gonna have to force yourself a bit, because your mind gets stuck in this hole.

If you truly feel like you can't, I would seek a therapist to at least talk about your problems. You don't have to go to anyone specifically for porn addiction, it's counted as depression.

Most important thing to remember, never give in to your suicidal thoughts bro. I know life gets rough sometimes, but life is pretty beautiful too. There's so much to live for. Because what will happen after life ends? Nobody knows man, there could be an afterlife, or there might just be nothing.

But while we're here, we need to make the most of it. It's really really really rare and special to be alive during this moment in time. You just gotta find yourself.

Channel that sexual energy. I'm doing that to draw some art for a NSFW game, just started last year and I drew over 60 images (not much IK) but its something. You don't need basics, don't have to scratch from start, start somewhere. Stop jerking off for 2 days and observe. By any means, just for 2 days... whatever it takes. Short term goals is key

If a guy is coming here of all places to get over his coom addiction that is apparently destroying his life rather than actual family, friends, therapy, anonymous actual help, then he isn't really at the end of his rope and more attention seeking imo.
If he was really at the abyss and wanted to stop he could full on disconnect all internet devices, have someone set up an adult block on his internet for him, put a fucking dog cone on his hand. The fact he is doing it here instead means he hasn't the real intent to change and just wants sympathy/justification.

That would be like me going to my drug dealer and a drug-filled night club party to try and get over drugs :FacePalm:

Now can we stop derailing this goon game thread?

You re right, although I have tried all what you mentioned I shouldn't have posted here. I have deleted my posts so that this thread doesn't turn into a recovery hub channel.
