Download the patch from OP, then check in settings if "Henty content" is available. Should be by default.
Patch goes to savelocation in LocalLow, or stright into the gamefolder where your .exe is located. There is also a .txt when you unzip the patch.

Use ingame debug, it will appear in the top left corner.

Debug -> Main Menu -> Unlock all scenes

That isn't available in the Steam content which is meant to be version 7d.
