How do I trigger the "Through Both Ends" goal?

The description says: "Get mouth and anus fingered/penetrated at the same time."

I tried getting drunk and then getting gangbanged, but it didn't trigger the goal.

Also, during the Bar Shift, you can get harassed and it's possible to get fingered in the mouth and anus at the same time, but the conditions are really strict. I actually managed to get into that situation by accident once, but the goal still didn't trigger.

This game was on my watchlist. After the update, I realized there's a lot of interest in it. I get a notification every minute that a comment has been made. Expectations are high. Even getting this much appreciation in this relatively limited game category deserves 5 stars, in my opinion... From reading the comments, I understand that the game has a Henry Path, and it's added separately due to certain etic rules. If we don't add it, we'll miss out on a lot of content. Also, as far as I understand, this patch is no longer compatible with the new version... so we will have to wait... Am I wrong? Did I misunderstand? Also, version 0.10 has a changelog, but 0.10.4 doesn't. What's the difference between these two versions? Can anyone who knows explain?....also...Happy New Year...

when a random npc is fucking her, a window will pop up, the first window, he is fucking slow, you can click out of that, but that 2nd scene window where he is fucking her faster, do not click out of it and let the scene play out, there is a chance he will cream pie her, if you click out of it before that scene is over and close by itself, it will not count.

Good evening, has the patch to fix the bugs in this version been released yet? I only played about 5 minutes from my last save, but there were some parts with a lot of bugs, so I decided to wait until there’s a bug-fix patch. Wishing you all a happy New Year, my friends.

I don't know about the other players experience, but i haven't found any game breaking bugs. The game is really ok
