Depending on where you have stored the ipatch. Cause the game uses the same savefolder and if you placed the file there instead of the gamefolder, the patch will work nonetheless.

The ipatch was in my savefolder, but when I took it out and loaded a savegame, Henry still calls Agnes Mom. So I think it's the Henry patch that does this.

Game- or Savefolder, both is fine. There is also a small.txt file in the zip with the locations.
