Better install the content patch, since this could be the steam version (not sure) and the ipatch too. Did both for the latest build and it works just fine. Majke sure you install the content patch to the same location as the game.exe

I still don't understand how the patch works can we play as Henry from day one or do we have to wait a few days?

If you aren't using steam version, then the old patch works just fine, i reached 100% completion with it.
Drop it into the save folder of the game, should be located at AppData\LocalLow\BoredBasmati\CorruptionTown
(if the folder is not there, run the game once. There is also a button inside the game menu that opens said folder)

Otherwise, the content patcher should be a file deployment executable, so just make sure those files end up in the game folder

Btw, If you want to progress with Henry's story you need to choose the location on his schedule marked with the "!" and then skip the daytime like morning to afternoon. This will trigger the events.
First with the market, later by visiting the bar.

For the content patch, will i have to install it in the game folder or the save folder? Also is there any significance added by giving the code? Can't seem to find it here in the op thread anymore.

Edit: I just dabbled around a bit and installed it in the game folder itself, based on my understanding Henry has been removed from the steam game which is the version that might be present at the links in op, so installing the patch at the game folder gets you Henry's content, there might be more to it, feel free to correct me.

So i guess its safe to assume the end goal is to make agnes agree to become the tavern prostitute and eventually the town prostitute? if your choices for henry are to allow it that is.
