1) There is debug mode in menu
2) It's only at start. You need to get skills to do serving.
This just becomes impossible later on. You get way too many clients to service. Everyone constantly sexually assaults the barmaid, which uses up action points. Fixing clothes/reducing desires doesn't work as it fillls up faster than you can reduce it.
I have no way of getting the 150+ gold from tips, whilst also maintaining bar rating. It says 90% progression, but impossible to proceed, unless I spend hours grinding to get skills that might help.

Turn on debug mode and buy a few skills to skip the grind
Gamechangers for me were the one increasing client countdown timer and carrying a second tray
How may I give permission to the Game? It's not available in options of the game

I think, this type of defeat is activated only when Henry is not in the bar.
They really need to tone down how impatient everyone is, you can walk up to a table, and some dude can start groping you, and then get pissed off you haven't taken his order yet because he was too busy fondling you, and that took up a whole turn, so you also piss off everyone else waiting for an order because one guy decided to grope you, or a whole table starts spanking you or something, and then complain about how long they've been waiting. People also finish their drinks way too fast. People would be black out drunk if they drank as quick as the NPCs in this game, the gameplay is more annoying than anything, every single little action takes up a whole turn, meaning anytime you try to do anything, you are just pissing people off, and the skill tree progression to improve this is painfully slow, I should not have to do 3 days worth of shifts to improve my skills marginally with a "10% increase in patience" or one more action during flirting.
I have served tables, gone to another table, and in those 2 turns the people at that original table suddenly finish their drinks and call for a waitress again, their countdown should reset once they order also, otherwise you get into these losing battles where everyone is impatient and loosing their minds and your only remedy is a once in 10 turn flash or one in 5 turn kiss to make them happy.

Played through the current content, what a great game. Fantastic visuals, feels and looks super polished, mostly fun mechanics, hot situations.

- I too felt like I was hitting a grind wall around waitress level 14/15, but got through it by getting gud. How to get gud doesn't feel intuitive, though, so that's a spot of improvement. For instance, buying the sleep potions and using 2-3 at the start of a shift goes a long way to make things more manageable. Skill point wise it probably took 5-6 experimental respecs before I got a set that got me back to S tiers. If you put too much into the Flirt tree or other support skills (golddigger, etc.) you'll make managing the room too hard, so those mechanics (room vs. flirt) seem like they're fighting against each other
- The other items to buy seem mostly useless aside from the required (box, pass) and the [get drunk] [remove drunk] ones to get specific shift endings
- The first room expansion seems entirely worthless. You don't need it for money (a couple sessions focusing on flirting with a high roller gives plenty), so it seems like it just makes things harder for no benefit?
- The Upper Floor/club needs a lot of work. Playing dice is too tedious to bother with for making money, so I was basically trying to lose as fast as possible to see the end scenes. Definitely not organic, and it sucks because those scenes look fantastic
