Problem could be that the saves are not compatible between versions, or that your Henry patch needs an update. My Steam version works fine with the Henry patch, though it's the only version I have played.
you download either the file or autopatcher from BBs website. Put it in the same folder as the steam game and follow the steps. You also have to enable Henry Content in the settings of the game, and relaunch.
Only if you want the pupil content in the game. The last update this character featured heavily so youd be missing some story without it. But it is optional.

It's only for the Steam version. They banned Henry lewds because he looks too young, the patch puts them back. If you download the game from the OP, that's the itch.io version, which has the Henry content already in it.

You have a point, grinding can be justified by good quality sex scenes that reward the player.I'd say this one is a thrash game. No animation, boring repetition. And for what
the message I'm getting when I try to run the game is "The app was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)"
