That whole thing on Reddit is certainly a huge potential problem for this developer. Seems like Reddit has shut it down, which I'm somewhat sad about, as I would love to go into that thread and go off on them. However, Reddit shutting it down means it might be the end of it.

Personally, I've never considered Henry to be underage, but in NO WAY is Agnes corrupting him or doing anything bad towards him like they claim.

It's ridiculous. This is why developers shy away from content remotely close to many of the taboos people like, cause you just can't take the chance.

The more successful you become, the more people will try to shut you down. Just do what you and the game lovers want—don’t go thinks about those shit hole's.

You have to think about it because if you lose patreon, subscribestar or steam, then you lose chance to continue making money. as much as they are shit holes (your word), they can get u shut down and you have to factor that into your thinking when you first start planning novel.

you are correct but there itch is also
2 in steam version you didnt put hernry so steam cant shut your game there
3 you didnt mentions henry names
4 the brighter side of this is thatmore people know your game now who wanted play this kind of games
