It's the usual stuff when she gets drunk in the bar mini-game.
There is some generic dialogue and the brother and son have a couple lines, but nothing that happens there gets acknowledged later.

Seems like it. Though apparently you only need it for the Steam version. The version hosted here has the Henry content active by default:
So I'm presuming the patch is here for players who bought the STEAM version to support the dev.
Is there a cheat to unlock the recollection scenes?

I do believe it does. As patch for unity games are dropped in Appdata location in your Windows directory, the game does not come with it. Unlike Renpy where patch goes in the game folder itself, Unity games can't be pre-patched like that unless the dev shipped it so by default.
Plus, the patch wouldn't be hosted if the game already had incest active by default
