Ane Kasegi is pretty similar, there was also one called Barkeeper but it's abandoned. Both are 2DCG though. There's also the bar minigame in Karryn's prison but it's a different type of game.
There are other management games but I can't think of any particularly good ones atm.

The early renders of the face look a bit weird but she's not really what I'd call ugly. Just not extremely done up. More fitting for the setting, really.

As the saying goes "beauty is in the eye of the beholder."

To be fair, I didn't love her looks either before I played the game (though I wouldn't have gone as far as you have) but I tried it anyway and she's grown on me quite a bit. It really depends a lot on context, too. And in some shots she's super hot.

Devlog 0.9

Wassup gamers.
Development of 0.9 is going well, the Bath Invasion event got dramatically expanded. It was only supposed to be 1 scene, now it's 6 events with a branching choice that encourages a different playstyle in the mini-game.
A realistic timeline for the release of 0.9 is probably somewhere around mid to late July. I know it's a long time coming, but there’s more stuff in this update than the usual one.
