Is all the interactions come from the flirting? For example my months level says pleasure BJ but what is the difference from endure vs pleasure? nothing happens outside of flirting outside besides groping and kiss. Am I missing something?

Where in the skill tree is "Flirt"? It doesn't seem to be in mine.

The Flirt skill is on the third row in the middle, a big heart icon. If you don't see it, you need to progress further into the game.

I think that must be for legal reasons. Just overwrite that number on your head, create your own canon.
To me Agnes can't be older than 23, so 36 is just ridiculous
