This is near the armor piece that opens up after barking to hit the lever in dog form, which opens up a ladder leading to this area. There's a breakable strip of blocks in small room, but seemingly no way to get there. Climbing up the ladder resets the blocks if you've broken them. I've tried hitting the blocks with all PSY abilities (both base and upgraded with PSY cards) at various heights to no avail. Did I miss a lever somewhere? Do you need a specific upgrade to go any further?

Ironically I'm there now trying to find the chip in that room and can't directly find a way to get to your side from where I came from (going up the ladder from the space suit room)

ok what I tried did end up working! 15 chips collected so far now, as well as all but the last cosmocard, every equipment and ship part too (I don't have the final weapon Junk fixed tho) so if anyone has questions let me know

the last cosmocard is a pain in the ass, it's near the junk fix hack guy, instead of going down the leader you need to swing on the sealing for a log corridor, it's really narrow too, if you go a little bit wrong you are loaded to the below area

This fucking game sometimes, lmao. This is the room right after grappling right/eastward across the ceiling. Dig on the third set of blocks (the ones AFTER the dog monitor), then the platforms will break (make sure you're not wearing the elf dress). Then bark to hit the lever. This opens the ladder, which isn't visible before you do this.

You need to crouch in those blocks, to get there you need to bounce on a light hug the wall and transform in the dog in mid air while pushing forward to enter the hole.

I'm just missing the last pocket breed entry and also a bit lost on what to do about not failing at the very end of the game after the final boss now. I have every equipment, every ship part, every fenfen saved and every chip so I'm not even sure what I could still need to get

Well, if you haven't already figured out it's the first "boss" that became a common enemy on the end of the game.
