In other games I wouldn't mind stealing Harriet from a more or less healthy relationship, but for this game I also wouldn't want this. By meaning that she's not too happy I thought of course of situation similar to Hannah that she was forced to be married or it was purely political, she don't really like this and their sexual life is barren.

Hannah mentioned Harriet is "happily married" so i doubt that that is going anywhere,
as for Hannah herself taking her from brian is technically NTR.

Yeah, but between Founding Families it may mean totally nothing. Look at Catherine. Facades.
I mean I also doubt that anything will happen, but it's because dev don't plan (at least in dev notes) cheating tag.
It depends on culture. In Western culture (and that's game setup (I may be wrong, but if I remember well, Catherine debt was in GBP)) nobody really respects arranged marriages beside of very small amount of people.

I'll be honest, I don't really care if it fits or not, I guess it depends on how people see her relationship with Brian but for me, she isn't in a real relationship because they are basically forcing the marriage on her therefore it isn't a normal relationship and we are not stealing her from Brian.
Dont really think that it can be counted as Netori, since they dont really have a relationship. Especially not a loving one. That being said, I know people here like Cheating, if it means that there is a woman "rescued" from a scumbag-Husband, even tho this is a little bit of a cliche.
But I would also say that Brians behavior is not that far off when you look at the worldbuilding. I would say that a high member of the founding family treating women as some form of Object or Trophy is not really something which is seen as bad. When it comes to morals, it is, but when it comes to worldbuilding, it is probably more common than MCs approach of a Harem.

But Hannah isn't in an arranged marriage with Brian--she isn't in a marriage at all. Their parents have arranged that they will be married, which is a very different thing. I guess in a sense it's an engagement, but it certainly isn't a marriage.
But as to NTR, wouldn't that mean that she and Brian are having sex while she and MC are together? And I don't think either of those is true--Hannah and MC certainly aren't together in a romantic or sexual sense yet, and she and Brian aren't sexually active in any way that we see or hear about. It could be a form of cheating, or perhaps cuckolding, but I don't think it's NTR.

During Hannah punishment for lost ticket book (scene where Rachel was caught in the office later) she mentioned shitstain didn't even had a chance to see her in her underwear because she "rebuffed" him and MC was actually the first man to see her that way.
There's a good bit that they could yet, in theory, be doing consistent with that, but it certainly paints a picture.

I'm not sure I'm understanding you correctly, but i can't see anything really bad sexually happening between Hannah and Brian. Cosy isn't afraid of dark themes, but tends to stay on the safer side of them. Lucy was continuously abused by a parent for a very long time, but it was "only" mentally and physically, not sexually as might have happened or be implied had it been her father rather than her mother. Victoria was almost sold as a sex slave by her father to pay off gambling debts, but it didn't happen. So the most I can see happening between them is Brian trying to sexually harass or even straight up sexually assault Hannah but it happens somewhere MC catches it before anything very bad can happen. MC swoops in and saves Hannah and openly claims her as his while she's sheltering behind his back away from Brian. Depending on how things are with Rachel by the time this happens, I can se MC lashing out at her asking where she was the one time a girl actually was being attacked in the school and that he had to step in to protect Hannah.
I'm not at all suggesting anything bad, just that something could be happening. Hannah could be blowing Brian every day, and he still not have seen her in her underwear--those two things could both be true. Even ignoring the rest of what we know about their relationship, that doesn't seem likely, but it's possible.
Factoring in the rest of what we know about them raises the question of consent, and I agree that I don't think the game's going there, at least not in that way.

Practically speaking: Absolutely not from the POV of netori fans and the netori indifferent, but yes from the POV of netori haters. Here is why:
From the POV of the MC, Brian simply doesn't count because Brian and Hannah don't have a real relationship. But from the POV of Brian, this counts very much. And since typical netori haters appear to be just as pathetic and insecure as Brian is, it is very likely that they identify with Brian sufficiently to make this a major issue.

aiai first time playing, great game just caught up with the story in two days, great characters and storytelling it was both weird and adorable at the same time. Spanking has never been all that interesting for me personally but it's done in a interesting way here.
I really like the plot, it's not too complicated or deep but it's perfect for what it is and found myself wanting to keep reading which is rare in these kind of games.
Now I'm a little depressed that I caught up..

Superb game, not weak willed MC, fun entourage of LI's, treating enemies as enemies even if theyre girls and not just potential lovers he hasnt gone around to yet. Very rare in the harem catch them all style game.

I'm really enjoying this game way more than I expected so far, and I'll be sure to post a review when I'm finished. Now, I have an idea for the dev. I noticed that you use different soundtracks depending on the mood sometimes, like when meeting the group of mobs in the school, or with the stalker scene and others. But the H scenes just use the regular slice-of-life soundtrack, which takes a little out of the atmosphere in my opinion. Maybe try adding a couple of soundtracks just for the H scenes? And in the future, it could be interesting if every girl had her own theme for her scenes and related moments.
