Have to say, at the moment, my 2 favourites are Sarah and, after her update, Catherine. They're all well written and the story is, by far, my favourite but there's something about the "vulnerables". Lucy was like that, at the start, but is now coming into her own.

Wow, you impressively ran to the other extreme.

Honestly I find it hard to understand why anyone would have favourites outside to core four

T'was a meme.

Anyways. Opinions. My current fav is a tie between Catherine/Misaki so. All the girls are cute.

SHRUG.

For me, who bases "favorite" largely on the relationship, I wouldn't at all--with the possible exception of "potential." If I have to pick a favorite right now, it's Lucy or Sarah, probably in that order. But if I'm anticipating where things might realistically go, Alison, Hannah, and Catherine have entered the chat. If I were making this post as of the end of 0.11, Catherine wouldn't even have been on that list. But those aren't there because I'm so into them right now, but because I could see it going that way.

Meanwhile, I'm just warming up to Rachel for two simple reasons:
  1. First and foremost, I'm ever a sucker for a properly realised and executed redemption arc! They're so tragically rare in any kind of work of fiction, no doubt because too many people are too mentally frail to cope with a "bad guy" becoming a "good guy" in any way whatsoever. Lord forbid characters have complex and interesting developments over their arcs! Anyway, knowing how good of a writer Cosy is, I'm absolutely dead sure Rachel's redemption arc is going to be real damn good.
  2. And the second reason is (oddly enough) in total contrast with the first, in that I just love seeing absolute twits getting duly and justly punished for their shitty behaviour! And in a totally twisted way, what could be a more fitting "punishment" for Rachel, who's been harassing the MC and all his girls since the very start of the story (and even before then, in a sense) than to become one of the MC's girls? Better yet, to make her want to become one of them, to admit not only to herself but everyone around her that she's desperately craving the MC's approval and affection!
I will admit that I am possibly reading too much into this, but having known a few "Rachels" over the years myself, I get the distinct impression that what this Rachel really wants is a good, hard dicking, but the estrangement between herself and the guys of her school has only made her resentful that none of them will give her the time of day. Which of course only makes her more loud and obnoxious towards these guys, and they in turn reinforce her negative behaviour by shunning her even more, and...yeah. It all just becomes a negative feedback loop.

Rejection and resentment tend to go hand in hand, though, so I'm not going to be surprised if that will turn out to be the reason behind Rachel's absolutely fucking ludicrous "crusade" against the "patriarchy" as she calls it. Once the MC cracks through that spiny shell of hers though, she will undoubtedly turn into one of his staunchest, most devoted girlfriends, probably even rivalling Lucy. :sneaky:

...And after reading through all this to check for spelling errors and so on, I am honestly getting a bit of a cringe inducing "macho man" vibe from it all, so apologies for the faint air of toxic masculinity here. I hate that trash with a passion, so any traces of it are definitely unintentional!

I like a good redemption arc, but there are limits. Sauron can't just say, "oops, my bad," and we all live happily ever after. Anakin can be redeemed, but Palpatine is just too far.

Rachel is no Sauron, of course (for one thing, she isn't nearly smart enough). I'm open to her redemption, and I might even like it. But I'm not particularly looking forward to it.

Sarah and Catherine, two of my favs right now, along with Vicky.

Hannah has potential. I liked Lucy at the start, but I'm not as interested in her as the other girls now. She plays the innocent card a little too well, and gets away with things the other girls wouldn't be able to.

I'm happy to be team Alison, and while I really like the core 4 - Alison would be my personal pick (if I had to choose only one - which would be Truly sad!!!).

She willingly puts everything on the line to try to save Hannah.

When she commits to team Fletcher, IMO, she will never abandon the MC, and she will work with him to protect the other women no matter what.

She is a beautiful redhead, intelligent, hardworking, family-oriented, & loyal - so damn near perfect!

Cheers!! :coffee:

What I like about the game is the Bios tells you who is the main and who is the side, allowing me to wonder how these characters will be introduced and involved it the story.

Although having a 10 limit (set by Victoria) you never know where the 'main' girls story will lead and who is actually involved in the bigger picture, till the time comes for there involvement. (Rachel, Elizabeth and Annabelle as examples)

Note: I don't really follow dev logs and forum discussions till I am done the latest chapter to avoid spoilers, so I could be misinterpreting the whole thing or missing context clues.

Cosy's continous refusal to use his time machine to get the update out sooner is abuse.

I have to suspect this is artificial--if we have ten, and the right eleventh comes along, I bet Victoria supports her.
It's because the MC can only have relations with 9 girls at once without having his pelvic bone ground to dust and his body just giving out. Then he adds the 10th, dies and the game ends. Spoiler alert.

And what a first comment it is! But friend, how are you ever going to top that?! :D

TBH when it comes to outfits.. I think Cat's personal princess outfit has it, especially when she smiles.

Most likely an artificial number, but also allows the MC to be more mindful of who can join the harem. (cant have every girl you meet be a piece of the pie)
