You could make the exact same argument about wedding rings, really. What are they if not a symbol of essentially "owning" the sole rights to another person's intimacy and love?

I don't recall the MC ever making any kind of demand like that. I remember him making a point of how important it is to him, but admittedly I'm not 100% certain. It was a while ago I played through the earlier parts of the story.

I won't deny that I too find the MC to be uncommonly (and definitely refreshingly) candid about his wishes, but I feel it's worth pointing out that there's a huge leap from being controlling and demanding, to just being generally dominant. And for whatever it's worth, the MC in this game is definitely more leaning towards the latter.

I can confirm that he does, more than once if I recall correctly. At least one was with Lucy before committing to a relationship with her. Day 10 at night, "Are you sure about this, Lucy? It's not like it would be a two way street, I'd never be okay with you being with another guy." I feel like he makes a similar disclosure with Victoria and/or others, and they talk at least once about how many girls he intends to add to his collection (probably when it comes to the issue of sharing the bed). He's not as ridiculous with it as saying they can't "look at another man", but he does require exclusivity from them.

There was a reason i didn't post all of them, first to maybe convince some of the users to start supporting Cosy and second to get them time for guessing until revealing all the girls. :rolleyes:

It is a beautiful set of renders and Sam is looking Very good!

Sarah's sister looks good, but we all know she is currently a scorpion, and petting will invite a nasty sting!

Until/unless there is a way to remove the poisonous stinger, better to keep her at more than arm's length.

(And Akatsuki is looking great with the red handprint on her backside :love: )

I'm on the final day of what's most likely going to be my last run before the update gets released, but as a curious little thing, has anyone counted the amount of "mm-hm" said by all of the girls in just the .10 update alone?

Seems to be more than the rest of the game so far combined. :unsure:

Mm-hm...

Seriously though. 76 occurrences per around 30k lines is not bad. With 27 variations of it in the last update. Also it used to be mostly Vicky, and in .10 it's mostly Lucy. IMHO fits the characters and the dialog anyway.

76 throughout the whole game? I figured it would be about 80 or 90 or so since the game started. It seemed like a lot of times with .10, and yeah, it's mostly Lucy. I guess it just feels overused to me since I feel like it's pretty common in .10

I was looking for "Mm-hm" in particular, so there might be some other "words" that you counted towards the total number. Like some "hmm-mm"'s I didn't look for.
0.10, as I understand, starts with Day 24, so you can see the log and what I counted for yourself (.10 is lines 32400+).

Then again "overused" is a relative thing. I think it's fine till it starts to sound retarded. And it depends on one's personal sensitivities ofc. Lucy sounds... well... at least acceptable to me. As pretty much everyone I can think of in this game. So I give you an example from AHITR, which I'm sure you at least tried as well, just to make a point about personal sensitivities. I mean if you compare Lucy to Caitlin-the-retard (sorry) the idiot (sorry again) the ever-stuttering-knows-enough-to-be-dangerous "genius"... I mean that kind of "dialog" was one of the things that totally ruined the character and the game that I used to like a lot. Sorry about the rant. As I mentioned, it's personal. Peace.
Again, I would say I really like Vicky's Mm-hm's, at least the ones I could recall. Those were VERY meaningful mm-hm's at times, weren't they? :)
Lucy, as I understand, is meant to sound shy and doubtful due to over a decade(!) of abuse, but she's getting better, isn't she?
Aaaanyway, statistically speaking it looks fine to me, and as far as my perception goes, I DO notice such things, but overall it's still within margins to me. But it's my #1 game on this site so far, so I might be biased. Also, you might be more sensitive to Lucy's dialogues, as my favourite girl is Akavicky (or was it Vickytsuki?). Hmmm.... Mmm-hm :cool:
