Normally I kind of hate it when a new update breaks older saves, but in this case it gave me an excuse to replay the awesome story of the game. So that is nice. :ROFLMAO:

BUT! I found a bug in the game as it is: In the options menu, selecting to skip transitions does the exact opposite of that, in other words it enables transitions rather than disabling them. Which is less than nice. Fortunately, selecting not to skip transitions seems to, well, actually skip them. The joys of new software updates, amiright guys? :cautious:

you can just choose to skip to the new chapter after starting a new game iirc, no need to replay the whole thing (you can, and it's awesome, but you don't have to)

Thanks, those menu options are on the list of UI stuff to fix.

So thinking on Rachel and I think the real question is 'how would she fit?' All others seem to have a role or function. She doesn't seem to be from a Founding Family, else she wouldn't have been so clueless to who he was even after it was revealed. So she doesn't bring political capital. Nobody likes her, so there's no 'in' link. In fact, everyone actively dislikes her. It just seems she needs some redeeming quality or representation.

The only one I really can possibly see is she could be "Foreman" - the person who handles all the petty (but necessary) details and duties. Her way to ingratiate herself, and it seems her personality type anyway. Just getting a "Rachel Ahegao Face" while destroying her tush doesn't seem enough.

I don't think she is going to fit at least not in the sense of going to join the Cafe with the rest of the girls, I think this is going to be a more private relationship kinda like the thing we had with Misaki until now, although I could see someone like Lucy joining on the fun later on...

Lucy doesn't join, she watches. Honestly I think her role is simply going to be something to be revealed. Her parents or something about her which we don't know.

Oh yeah, I meant join as in being present in the scene, the two I could see there are Lucy and Victoria of the girls I think them are the most involved with Rachel...

Pretty sure Rachel is going to end up as a waitress. MC has already mentioned a couple times needing another waitress, especially with Lucy moving to pastry chef. She's the only real candidate left of girls in the game. The only other named girls you're probably going to fuck are Annabelle, Elizabeth and Akari and none of them seem like they'd need a job that bad.

When did the other girls find out what the mc has been doing with Misaki? I don't remember that being discussed.
