If we have sex with Sarah in next update, there's a non-zero percent chance that she'd be the first girl to get pregnant.
Vicky teases her about needing to start birth-control if she's going to continue spending private time with MC, and she got really embarrassed. Sarah also didn't know she'd gotten Vickys approval at this stage. So those are two marks against Vicky getting birth-control for Sarah like she did Lucy. I can't see Lucy getting it for Sarah, I'm assuming that Vicky will be the one to refill the prescription for Lucy and herself when needed.
There is the posibility that Sarah got it herself at the shopping center the time the group went together and MC split off with Lucy, but Cat would have been with her and i'm not sure if Sarah would have done it with her around. And even if she did, she'd only have started it a short while ago, it wouldn't be working yet.
There are no condoms in the house, because MC has never needed them before. And even if there were, they wouldn't be in Sarah's room.
So yea, tiny devil baby might be first baby.
Yes i know there are multiple timeskips planned and the game will take place over many years, so we likely won't have any pregnancies for a good while, but it's still fun to think about

Completely disagree. Why would Vicky want to allow her to be the first to get pregnant? She wouldn't want the Shrimp to get there before her, nor would she mess around with her influence by causing problems just after she was made Head Waitress and given some control over the size of the harem. She messes around a lot, but not when it's something serious, and it seems pretty obvious to me that while she and Sarah continue their banter they have come to really appreciate one another (and even maybe like each other). Plus, she is not a horrible human being who would mess around with something so massively consequential in someone else's life. If there are any "mistakes" it will be each girl deciding to make that mistake for herself.

The girls wouldn't do something like that, because none of their characterizations lend themselves to baby trapping someone.
Also, MC isn't really the type of guy to kick a girl out over that, especially after they get pregnant

True. But shouldn't such a breach of trust and authority be met with drastic consequences? At least bottom of the harem for rest of life plus other stuff. You can't just let misbehaviour like that slide, or soon the harem will do whatever it wants - if they were not such good girls lol.

I honestly doubt Sarah is going to have sex before the time skip. She is so shy, and hasn't done anything that would indicate that level of intimacy. We would be lucky to get a HJ or a BJ. She is not ready for anything more at this point. After a few months, maybe something more intimate with her will occur. Her personality is not jumping into bed in ~30 days with a guy she recently met. Lucy is devoted, Vicky is a slave, and Kitten is smitten (really didn't mean to make that rhyme, but it did). Anyways .. my thoughts.

I know that preforming oral might go against the spirit of "maledom" for some, which is why I think Sarah is the best person to be on the receiving end of it, at least currently (besides Lucy of course, who I think I would take a bullet for IRL so she doesnt count). While Sarah is submissive to MC, that dynamic doesn't seem nearly as important in their relationship as most of the other characters.

The entire time i was playing this update i was grinning like an fucking idiot. I just love all the characters and how wholesome this Cosy Cafe is. Catherine was growing on me for a while but now she is becoming one of my Favorite characters, i can really relate to her taking care of her younger siblings so i got massive respect for her or maybe i just got a thing for girls who play hard to get. My other favorite part of this update was the photoshoot with Sarah shes so fucking beautiful Ahhhhhhh shes my queen. Seriously i took so many screenshots during the Sarah moment i might have run out of space. I love updates that focus on the Characters and im already looking forward to the next update. i told everyone not to doubt Cosy cause he took his time but he always delivers thats my GOAT. Are you aware that with Ren'Py games there is a better alternative to taking screenshots? In some games, all the images are already in game/images and subdirectories thereof. In others, you must first extract the archives, such as archive.rpa or images.rpa, using a free tool called unrpa. Video files are either also under game/images, or sometimes under a different directory such as game/video (possibly after extraction from one of the archive files). (After extracting, some games will complain about duplicate files if you don't delete the archives.)
Following this path tends to give you higher quality with smaller file sizes, and you get all images. But I can see why taking a screenshot might be more convenient for just a few images.
