Very nice update. The new lighting? shader? and the custom animations look great!

Looking forward to Lucy and Victoria getting the spotlight back and whatever happens with Rachel in the next update (I don't like her but I'm interested in seeing what Cosy does with her character.)

I am sure it wouldn't be too hard to mod Ren'Py to remove this behavior, but nobody would expect it. People would be losing their save files:
  • either when transferring the game from their old computer to their new one, expecting the game directory to include the save files,
  • or when deleting the game before installation of the new version, expecting the save files to be stored outside the game directory
Ren'Py just magically does the right thing under both these circumstances. So long as you don't want to do anything unusual (such as deleting your progress without doing it manually file by file from the game, or replacing the game with a new version on a computer before playing the game there even once), there is no need to think about save files.
You're acting like you've never played any Ren'Py games before. Your account has been active for over a year. If this is your first Ren'Py game, welcome to how ALL Ren'Py games on this site work. If not ... why are you picking on this dev?

Anyway, if this bothers you so much -- and it "wouldn't be too hard" -- either write the universal mod code and make a thread for it or make a request in the proper place and hope someone does the work for you. Then you'll never have to worry about it in future games and you can use the mod on this one.

Oh, and while I know squat about Python, I've NEVER heard anyone say it can be done, nor that it should be done either (backups are pretty important to most people).

Why, in all reasons on earth, would the MC go to her house? I have seen this action (going to Rachel's house) described as some sort of fantasy, explanation, etc. for the MC to get with Rachel. There is no logical, rational, or even emotional reason the MC would ever want to do anything with Rachel.
You gotta let them have their wet dreams...

I'm not quite at "she can die in a fire for all I care," but I'm not far from it. I wouldn't at all mind never seeing her again. And it's not that she's unattractive (or can't be made attractive), it's just that she's enough of a PITA that I'd like her gone.
You are not the only one & some of us on the discord are quite vocal about that also...
