And then we have my counterpart, Liz. Short, flat and entirely unbothered by anything and everything. Basically, she is almost exactly like Kitten, except for the "being Asian" part. That, and she is very much into girls, unlike Akatsuki. But hey, I sure can't complain. It only makes things more interesting for me as I see it.

I'd suspect that, in addition to that being the most common and therefore most rebuked trait in such discussions, it's also because it's the most measurable - it's very easy to point out how ridiculous it is to lump all people in a certain group together when there's actual numbers involved.

That said, several people have addressed comments about her personality. At the end of the day, it's personal preference, so there isn't that much to argue there.

More "personal interpretation," IMO. The stated qualities are brattiness, lack of self-esteem, and inexperience. Well, the latter applies at least equally to Lucy and Vicky, both of whom were virgins (I don't remember if Kitty was). I'd argue that the "lack of self-esteem" applies equally to Lucy, though it's expressed very differently. So the only one of the stated qualities (other than physical size) that applies exclusively to Sarah is "brattiness." Whether that justifies considering her "borderline loli" is, I guess, a matter of opinion.

Playing this for the first time. It's been great so far, but wondering if I'm the only one who felt super weird about Akatsuki moving in. The binary of "it's either your family or me" when we barely knew her as a person was very uncomfortable in a game that's meant to be wholesome. Sure, she chose the MC over family, but if you're trying to date someone, you shouldn't be forcing them away from their family without knowing the full situation.

Comparing this to Lucy's situation, I don't mind taking Lucy in because there was obvious evidence of her mom being abusive and it wasn't going to change. For Akatsuki tho, even though she did not have a good relationship with her dad it was nowhere near Lucy's level. In real life you need to talk these things through first.

Yep, was almost sure that Alison is not a virgin. But Cosy found a pretty nice and almost belivable way to make her one So there is no way any other girl won't be.

Besides that, the MC didn't force her away from her family. 1st, it's specifically her father he has an issue with and even then he never said she had to cut him out of her life, and 2nd, expecting your wife/husband (not yet there, but it's where they're going) to put you and your children first isn't weird. Since you haven't played to the latest update I'll just say the matter hasn't been fully resolved yet and you should keep playing.

Because, while we obviously know from meta knowledge that everything is gonna turn out great and they're all gonna be one big happy family and all that jazz... in game they've known each other for a couple weeks. Yeah, things have moved fast, and I can understand why MC would be so upset at the revelation, but it's a hell of a choice regardless. I'm glad that the recent update made it clear he wasn't expecting this to be some permanent arrangement.

To be honest, a 18 year old girl getting tired of her dad's bs and moving with her new boyfriend who the dad doesn't like is probably the most realistic part of the whole VN. Bonus points: MC is both a "bad boy" and "famous" and "Old family"
Also, my read on the MC was that he is more irked about her leaving, then anything else. Pretty sure he even says he expected the whole recipe stealing thing from the start.

As a spy and with her just going along with it? Like, Kitten says that all the sexual stuff was her idea and led to her eventually falling for the MC. Kitten's dad is a bit of an idiot and probably has a few screws loose, but everybody judges him waay to harshly. He "used her" to work a week or two and spewed a bunch of bombastic bullshit, but that's it.
Now his sheer idiocy and absolute blindness to Akatsuki's mental state after he recalled her is something I personally see as his biggest sin. But still, he is somewhere in the top 5 best dad's in the VN... probably holding the number one spot (my gods, yeah, not many good parents around )

I'm not saying her moving out is unrealistic. Just that presenting a girl you just started dating with a choice of you vs her family is a rough way to go, even if I can understand his viewpoint in that moment.
