Not sure how 4 mostly-adult women together in public should really be considered all that risky? I get what you're saying because they are well-developed characters that we feel protective of as players, but with 2 of them being FF members they should be safe enough.

if Vicky's father where to : example : find her one night far enough away from the other girls ... how hard would it actually be for him to grab her and no one notice .... having the MC around would provide eyes on the girls ... so that does not happen ... true ?

I know it's a fantasy lewd game, but if female characters have no agency the games are pretty damn boring, no? It's not like they decided to do something horrible - they just decided to try and drum up business for their workplace.

He only found out they existed less than 24 hours before, and is still learning just how badly off they have been (e.g., with the comment she bit off just before this thought if I remember correctly). He then invites them to come by every day after school, so I'm not sure Cosy showing part of his internal motivation in a thought is complaining. Anyway, my useless 2 cents on the things you mentioned. Not worth more or less than anybody else's opinions, but none of those things stood out as inconsistent to me in any way.

I feel like, with this update, we learn just how determined Catherine is. All the way back she is pushing through her fear of pretty much everything. We think it's her just trying to stay close. But she is trying to get close so that she can make things better for her sisters. Fighting her fears for them. Which is kinda funny when they are much more normal socially than her. They don't seem to be as sheltered. So it's interesting to see the "spoiled" doing what she can to help them.

I kinda think it would be cool to see Rachel trying to redeem herself through helping staff the Council meeting on Tuesday. I highly doubt it. They probably won't notice her missing until Monday and on Tuesday they will be focused on the meeting. But it would be very interesting in my own opinion. Having Rachel helping in the meeting.

Catherine was a brilliant set up, tho.
You meet her and she is an arrogant, selfish, high-class, etc. A princess with a bad attitude.
Then she attaches herself to you and you ignore her, because you think it's just another Founding Family bs.
Then you learn her family is broke and while the hints of the actual situations are there, you don't much care, because she still is that same arrogant, cold bitch you first met. You actually kinda think a lot less of her, considering she is just ready for you to fuck her on the desk.
And then you start learning she actually has no problem with being submissive, she is just the type that needs you to display your ability to dominate her. Still a bitch, but the interplay is fun. And you still don't trust her, because you still don't get her motives.

And then you play the last update and all the pieces come together. Yes, she is a bitch and socially awkward. But a lot of the arrogance, a lot of the bitchiness are just a reflex defense mechanism. In reality she is a scared little girl, who had her life thrown in a complete chaos just a few months ago. A father who probably dotted on her, but is now a depressed drunk. A mother who probably spent a lot of time talking about Founding Family bullshit but was there, who has now essentially abandoned her, since after the fall of her dad, Catherine holds little value in the political games. (Half)Sisters who are just a bit too young to understand what exactly is going on, who got abandoned by their mother and have only Catherine to rely on for adult supervision. And they are completely dependent on the poisonous charity of her mother's family.

And she clings to you not because she was aimed to you by the politics, not because of some complicated conspiracy... but because your influence and your position are the best hope for her family. Because you are scary and protect your own. It's not a good plan, it's not a smart plan (well, it actually is, but she doesn't know the MC when she comes up with it), but it's a plan. You are the straw and she is drowning, might as well grab it. She really needs you to marry her, or both her and (most importantly, I suspect) her sisters future is looking grim. Daughters are just pawns in the game the Families play and the pawns of the weakest player can't hope for much.
And by god, she is brave. The girl was perfectly ready to endure whatever she must to achieve said plan. Ready to marry someone who for all she knew would beat her up regularly. Gotta give her credit, in some ways she is the most selfless person around (barring Lucy).

Yes, this update made me fall in love with Cat. I can only hope we get the same quality for Rachel, tho I'm at a loss how that can be achieved.

But... it is just me, or someone else lost any interest in Ms Takamura too? It is just 0.12, already and i still dont see any meaning in her character, aside obvious filler fetish fanservice. Just to feed audience. She still has no meaning in general plot. You can literally replace her by pink siluette side NPC, or just skip any scene with her and game does not lose much.

Rachel has more meaning and sense in general plot than Ms Takamura. Teacher, older women relationship dynamics is filled by Alison. Even better filled. Submissive, - Lucy, Asian, eager nymph, - Akatsuki, and they all play much more key roles in plot developments. All existing lewds featuring Takamura, train, toilet, classroom and cabinet scenes can be replaced and played by them easily So, what is the point in Ms Takamura? I'm more eager to see developments with Akari and Elisabeth than with her at this point.

Also. Personally i dont want Rachel as LI. She is better as mischief antagonist, lower tier. Let her make more troubles in attempts to get our attention. It is fun. I like so see how she fails and suffers.

Well, just my rant. Overall, as i said, i enjoyed game. Waiting next development.

I loved all the character development with Catherine, it really turned her characterization on its head. Honestly i now see her as being somewhat of a mix of Victoria and Sarah.
She's like Victoria she was a bitch because of who she was hanging around with, and she had to match their behavior to be able to stick with the only group of people of the same status as her, and she needed that to have some hope of restoring her family. Yes she's still bitchy to Hannah, but for very understandable reasons, hell had Cat not been being a bitch to Lucy and Vicky she'd probably have gotten far more slack with it even before the reveal of Cats family situation. Also like Vicky she seems to be a natural sub.
She's like Sarah in just how Tsundere they both are. She obviously both wants and needs for both her and MC to fall in love together, but she can't seem to help but resist it happening despite herself. Like Sarah, she keeps going along with whatever MC says with increasingly weak protests, and fighting seems to be their way of flirting. Both Cat and Sarah were raised knowing their respective positions in FF society, and both had those violently pulled out from under them. Sarah was suddenly a valuable daughter to be used as bait for the new FF head potentially becoming one of his wives to control him, while Cats family were thrown into relative and practical poverty losing much of their power and influence. They're both being forced to confront lives they never imagined having to live.

Talking about Cats sisters, long term, I can see MC raising a montion on the council that makes it so that women can officially head Founding Families, with an eye for Cats smart younger sister taking over from their father or older brother depending on where things stand at the time. Also depending on the circumstances, I can't see Gloria voting against something that could in some small way further cement her leadership of her family. It would also allow Brians older sister to attempt to usurp the head of family position from him. Which would make sense with her being a side LI, it'd give MC wives from three of the families and an ally/girlfriend heading the forth.

The development with Sarah FINALLY becoming a collared girlfriend, it felt like this would never happen. Something I noticed was that in the lead up to the photo shoot and asking Sarah to be our girlfriend, the dynamic around Sarahs "insults" had changed. Idiot and mega idiot are being treated almost like flirty pet names that when she'd stopped using them it was a sign something was off. And it was nice when she started using them again when told she doesn't have to act in a certain way.
The photo shoot itself was amazing, and it was great to see just how confident and open Sarah has gotten over the course of the game so far. Contrary to those complaining about the lack of sex with Sarah during her collaring scene, I don't think sex was important here, unlike with the other girls. What was important here with Sarah was the vulnerability and showing the change from where she started. Would it have been great if we'd gotten to see her loose her virginity? Sure, but I'm more than happy with what we got. Each of the girls have their own dynamics with MC, and I think how things played out made sense for MC and Sarah, just like it did for all the others. Also, worth mentioning but this is a WIP, anyone coming to this game within or after the next few updates will never know Sarahs collaring didn't initially have a sex scene in the update it was first released. That said, something I'm really looking forward to even more than the sex in some ways, is seeing the rections and interaction of Sarah and the other girlfriends after she leaves her room wearing the collar. MC talks a good game about not wanting to get married anytime soon, but those collars are for all intents and purposes wedding rings. Like it wouldn't surprise me at all if somewhere down the line the metal hearts get replaced with a precious metal like platnum or gold, or silver I suppose but that's not normally used in wedding rings.

Anyway, looking forward to the next update

i like that idea about a motion in the future to enable to be the "official" heads,there is only one issue with it and that is already presented in the VN...marriage & children.
If a women is the head she'd be severely limited in that in contrast to a male head.

the children kinda work as political tools keeping family's from really turning on each other trough marriage & blood ties.
should a female head be succeeded by a other female, im 100% sure that family influence will diminish to a point off irrelevancy.

While people are still discussing Rachel I realized something after yet another one full replay. I started to Ctrl-skip all Misaki content. With all the diverse cast of LIs, she is just the most uninteresting to me. I would happily switch her for Rachel any time - Rachel at least has something interesting in her and she will be fun to break. Misaki is simply boring. Though I am sure Cosy has some plan how to develop her character. My proposal - make her another waitress

Lucy and Misaki are both painfully shy women who are trying to conquer that shyness and become someone else and exploring themselves sexually as they grow. They both have similar backgrounds, Lucy's mom is outright abusive, while Misaki's parents are incredibly strict and controlling.

The only real difference lies in terms of their power and levels of freedom. Lucy is living with MC and out of her abusive mothers house, while Misaki is still living with her controlling parents. Lucy is a student, and pastry chef in her future husbands café while Misaki is stuck in a job she hates and isn't good at. One is free and doing what she wants, the other is trapped.

Not enough is seperating them.

Cat, Sarah, and Vicky are all very similar to each other, in different ways, but none of them are competing against any of the others. They're all unique enough to stand out on their own.

To me I feel that Cat and Vicky are too much the same role. Stuck up blonde bully girl who was mean to Lucy but then needed the MC for the money and was rude but into the treatment. Misaki much like Lucy as you point out. It seem like the game is redoing old girl stories but slower to me, because the first group of the harem came so quickly that it feels unreal. Now they explore same types but with much slower. I am unsure about it. But I do not see any girl who is fitting Akatsuki role which to me is good. Making her more unique.

Something some people seem to be forgetting. Alison doesn't really fit the teacher role well because she has only become the headmaster to keep an eye on Hannah. And once her sister is gone she is probably gone too. I doubt there was much keeping her there. And she is already becoming a Secretary over Techer Character. Where as Misaka actually wants to be a teacher. And her entire thing is she wants you to change her. MC does the speed in which everyone needs it. Look how slow the Sarah lewd stuff has been. But she is the fourth GF.


Also with some basic math I thick we are going to get a contest of sorts for 10th Gf or the council might expand it. Since Vicky was the only one really for it. The FF Girls are used to that kind of dynamic so the more added the more votes for other stuff.
With the four we have now. Catherine, Hannah, Alison, and Misaka, being 5-8. We don't really have a guaranteed 9 and 10.
Because Elizabeth, Akari, and Rachel make 11. And then we have the side characters that have a chance of getting in with Samantha the groupie and Anabelle the Klutz. Making 12 and 13. And this is with no idea of what other characyers are going to be added. I have a prediction. If we we stick with 10 then when we finally beat Akari we get her just added. Or maybe the limit pushed back to 15.

Yes. However, there is an obvious path for Misaki at this point. She wanted to be a primary school teacher. The reason she had to become a secondary school teacher instead was her parents' ambition. If she marries a founding family head, that ambition will automatically be satisfied (as well as her parents' influence reduced), so she can give up her current career and become a full-time housewife and the primary one in charge of all the children. That role is not relevant yet, but it will become very important in the future. Meanwhile, she may temporarily become a part-time primary school or kindergarten teacher. Although it seems likely that she won't have much time for that as she is bound to be one of the first to foal -- as soon as the MC will give her the green light, so probably not before Lucy.)

But I agree that Lucy, who is going to be the main wife and probably going to develop an appetite for politics, outshines here and will likely always do so.

(PS: Willdero's theory making Misaki the new headmistress is also plausible, but that's mere speculation at this point. It treats the new biographical information as pure background rather than foreshadowing, which is of course possible.)

Did not like: MC conceding so much power to Vicky. The vetoing GFs is already too much imo, listening to their concerns should suffice. But giving them free reign on deciding for a limit felt painful. The game even shows the realistic gleefulness of a wife that got her way when showing Vicky after having decided on a limit of ten lol.

Its probably also just a way to limit the harem for story purpose, but would have preferred some other justification.

I disagree, it really isn't conceding much power, and it fits very well with his character. He cares about the girls, and its clear that the uncertainty was making some of them uneasy, Lucy asked him about this first, and it was brought up again at some point. Ill go further and say that while the MC is dominant, he isnt really "ownership" dominant, and he shows this even with the girl who is most openly submissive to him, Vicky (Their relationship has many moments where he clearly sees her as an equal and wants to minimize her discomfort or harm, like during her first time). I think MC is dominant in the way that he just wants to "wear the pants" so to speak, which comes with a level of passing along responsibility.
