Look in your img/faces folder. Do the filenames have moonrunes or weird squares?
If the latter, your language encoding is fucked.
So I'm playing the Gaiden scenario or whatever and I've gotten through all the routes, but the mature girly version doesn't seem to have any scenes? She just instantly gets on the bus to go home with the stats I have. Is that normal or did her stats somehow disqualify her from getting any scenes?

It's been a while since I played this game, but I think you need to collect all the different orbs around the map, I mean the minigames. Basically the end game starts then.
How to remove yutaka's virginity?? I've followed the instructions on steam but I don't understand, press q on the wall of the mayor's house.. nothing happens
