"extra" is usually the Patreon version, not "full" if I remember correctly. Full meaning not a beta needing bugfixes, I presume. Devs can use whatever naming conventions they want to for their games.

"Full" means it is including the latest release with all files for the standard version. There is also a "update" download from this dev including only the changed files so you don't have to download the whole game every time.
You actually mean the special version "SE" available as a bonus for the highest Patreon tier, this one wasn't leaked here for quite some time.
