But what is the difference between SE version and the normal one? That's why I'm asking why is Koga only updating SE version. I played 3 or 4 updates, I don't remember having SE version...

There are a handful of extra renders in each SE version. Sometimes it's an extra scene, sometimes an extended version of a scene in the full version. Not much and it has never been anything more interesting than the regular lewd scenes, but there is little point in updating his mod twice, so he waits for the SE version.

Someone rewrote the script for this game to make it an incest game, and posted their script on here (on F95zone), but I can't remember where on here I saw it. Anyone have any ideas?

Eh, people shit on these games and this dev way too hard. You know exactly what you are going to get which is a pretty vanilla game that ends up with the MC with multiple girls by the end with consistent updates.

You can do significantly worse than what this dev does, and there are wayyyy worse games with a better rating than this.

here is my unofficial Android port of Couples v0.38-SE.

download both files, install and run the app, the rest happens automatically.
however, you still can copy the assets pack manually to the folder /RenPy/org.couples.the66/game on Android 11 and newer or to the folder /Android/data/org.couples.the66/files/game.

from now on my Android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like Windows. if you uninstall the app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore it needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11+), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

Not everyone complains just to crap on them and for the memes... but in the hopes that they take some feedback and actually improve... as their stuff still got some potential and good aspects. In my case I like the game but I've seen enough lunches. And I'm only half joking about that. Basically because they do care... in a lot of cases involving games that are indeed way worse, nobody even cares to comment about them.

Agreed. Seen far worse but I also enjoy the jokes about "what are we having for dinner this update?"

It's not their style. For that you have to look elsewhere. This is a detox of drama, tension, pain, etc...

Just relaxed clicking and reading, slice of life. Sure, it isn't for everyone. :)
