FYI, your mod for v0.38 is throwing 3 errors. You "reused" 3 labels, and the game won't even start when that error happens. Here's the relevant lines:

The label p22blackjackbedhand1card is defined twice, at
File "game/Gallery.rpy", line 23594 and
File "game/script.rpy", line 88598.

The label p22blackjackbedhand1nocard is defined twice, at
File "game/Gallery.rpy", line 23676 and
File "game/script.rpy", line 88680.

The label p22blackjackbedhand1done is defined twice, at
File "game/Gallery.rpy", line 23723 and
File "game/script.rpy", line 88727.

Weird, I didn't get duplicate labels in my testing. I'll check it out and fix it.

Edit: I updated the gallery, it should be working now (I can't check it because it still doesn't throws duplicate labels on my PC). The thing is that scene was added in the 0.22 release (I didn't update anything around that on this release), and that bug evaded my testing on that time, probably because that was towards the end of that update.

Yes, it's working fine now. I'm puzzled that you didn't get the error, but whatever... it's working now, lol. (y)
And it's working with the SE edition (the one here) just fine.

I had no errors before either. Maybe you had the developer mode enabled? There additional things are checked when starting a game.

Does the game have multiple endings?
It's a kinetic novel, which basically means its a singular story with no choices that change the outcome.
There's really just one single choice that changes the outcome of the ending. If you want your newborn to be a girl or your're satisfied with either, you'll have a daughter. If you want it to be a boy, you'll have a son. Also, that choice is pretty late in the story (during a date night bedtime conversation with your girlfriend/fiancée, after you've talked about baby names).

After playing "A Knights Tale" during the development cycle like I did this game I expected better from this dev. "Couples" felt very boring and one note to me. Add to that how rushed the ending felt and you get something I seriously doubt I will play again.

Um ... I'm not seeing any variety in the outcome here ... at least some parts of the game you can do different things for date night.

Nope, you're right there. The only "variety" is whether you have a daughter or a son near the very end of the story, and that's the only thing that's affected by a player choice.

NeverLucky really has perfected the "art" of long-winding, mundane, drama-free storytelling.

Okay, but you said whatever you decide, you'll have a son ... so is there some special hidden trick to get a girl?
