Sorry, I don't know, because I only could trigger it at my very first run. Now I started my fifth run (really great new updatem, by the way) and still don't know how to start this.
Could anyone please give a hint (and yes, I did not search this thread, my excuse is that with the new update it might have changed, like a lot of other stuff).

I can only envy, because I have never encountered such events, it all ends in a beating.
After you come back to the dorm from the party on Friday go to sleep. It might help to pick sleep length that won't have MC sleep until afternoon. You should get event with your roommate and their partner having sex at night. Choose to listen in and masturbate (or to resist, as long as you fail and end up masturbating it'll lead to the same thing) Take a shower in the morning and you're likely going to be confronted by roommate's partner.
Looking at the code snippet ffive posted, it may also be a conflict with the latest patch if you started a new world on 0.5.
A few pages ago a developer mentioned a bug where the world seed would accidentally be set to "velvetrope", which makes all NPCs much more submissive. To check that open the console and enter

Do note that for their challenges you'll need a decent score in Disinhibition and Exhibitionism (up to 5) and rejecting their offer (even if you have no other option) causes them to dislike you. So while you CAN trigger the roommate's girlfriend really early on, it's generally advised to wait.
With regards to the resisting, you get the option to bypass the checks and masturbate once your Disinhibition is high enough, and that's generally a good point for the shower sessions to begin.
Am not sure if this is a bad thing, considering their desired relationship with MC is "hatefuck". So telling them you won't do that shit but ultimately following through, or failing/not doing the challenge and taking your punishment(s) afterwards may be the way to go.
The game also artificially lowers some requirements to allow you pass some of the challenges. E.g. you'd normally need Exhibitionism 3 to leave your dorm without underwear, but if you were issued such challenge the requirement will be set to just Exhibitionism 1.

Hmm a small update regarding the stained underwear thing -- turns out this will happen automatically if you get MC's arousal hit 100% (e.g. watching porn) A little counter-intuitive it'd happen only then, but still means the player has a way to produce the merchandise without external help.
Hello I dont know if developer follows this thread but i want to make some humble suggestions. I would be happy if someone can deliver these to him
I am having great time by playing this game and i have some ideas i think worth considering.
I dont know if these are planned but here they are.
- Temperature can be added. By this way if mc wears conservative clothes in a hot day or hot place she/he can suffer some hygiene debuff cuz of sweating or if she/he wears more open in a cold place she/he can get cold and this way she/he gets bladder debuff.
- And alcohol can add effect temporary immune to cold.
- Summer festivals or Mid term festivals can be added and potential tons of events like working in the festival, performing on stage, or be a dancer on stage, visiting festivals with you gf/bf or fuckbuddy (must be planned right ?)
- We can use infitive times of marijuana. Addiction must be added and in time mc must be desperate to get that can be lead new line of job
- You can do little with money and city offer lack of events places, a new club can be added,
- Fem Mc could be sugarbaby, could live with some old rich guy or from cam streams idk.
Thats all for now if developer react this i can add some more

Eh, but alcohol doesn't make you immune to cold, it's just makes you feel you are.
Yeah you are right but when i drink in cold weather i never get cold weird maybe my psychology idk.

No, alcohol causes widening of the blood vessels in the head, which creates feeling of the heat, but in reality temperature of the body not only doesn't increase, it's become slightly lower. That's why most of civilians who are loosing fingers and limbs from frostbite are drunks who don't notice symptoms until it's too late.
And if they manage to fell asleep then they are pretty much dead. "Snowdrops".
Temperature sensors in your skin regulate muscles that constrict around your arterioles to limit blood flow to your skin when it's cold, reducing rate of heat loss.
Alcohol relaxes those muscles, increasing blood flow to your skin, warming your skin and making you feel warm.
This also means your body core, the stuff like your heart, kidneys, lungs, liver, adrenal glands and so on, are losing heat through your skin faster.
If someone's hypothermic, you can put them in a warm (not hot, just warm, like your armpit) bath up to their neck to warm them, but if they've frozen so badly they've passed out even the cores of their limbs are cold and warming their limbs with a bath so that circulation to the cores of the limbs resumes can take enough extra heat out of their core to finish them off, so unconscious victims should be lowered in butt-first, up to the neck, with helpers keeping their arms and legs out of the water until they wake up enough to complain about it.
In game terms, maybe cold should sap energy and apply another debuff, and alcohol should remove that other debuff at the expense of making you lose energy faster, and falling asleep in the open from running out of energy should cost you 24 hours.
This is starting to irritate me to be honest. All I get that is tied to the possibility of getting the skimpy cheerleader outfit is this.
I saw in the files that the Coach reacts in a different manner instead of ignoring it when the event actually happens, but for the life of me, I don't know if there are any hidden requirements that need to be done to get it but I am getting frustrated. I keep trying and trying and nothing ever changes.
Does anybody know how to trigger this event? I'm out of options here
