Is the coworker that triggers the quest The Awkward QuickieBurger Coworker, or just random shmuck?

The trigger NPC is called something like QuickieBurger Organizer. The Awkward Coworker is the one you have to convince to do the strike as part of the side quest.

This is a modified CoT .html file, for version 0.5.1K (the version on itch.io as of now). (Uploaded as a rar because not allowed to upload html)
Changes:
Nobody's darker than "tanned"
There's no afros or similar hair styles
Transwomen are real women- transmen are real men. There's no non-binary NPCs.
Just finished 'testing' it, briefly. There were no errors, at least, and I didn't notice any NPCs with attributes I tried to remove.
(And as I said last time: you do you, let me do me. Not trying to start shit, just sharing these edits for people with similar tastes)

Is there anyway to use a glory hole, aside from the roommate dares? And if I said no to the roommate and ended the dares, is there anyway to start it again?
The roommate should dare you to go to the gloryhole again at some stage if you just keep playing. I can already visit the gloryhole on my own but the roommate still dares me to go again.
That brings up another point. With at least some of these dares, there should be some logic to see if I'm already wearing a vibrator. Seems a bit strange that the dare is to wear one, when I'm already wearing one.
Edit: Actually, now that I think about it, the game never mentions that I'm wearing any toys when I bend over or anything like that. People would definitely be able to see what I'm wearing under my skirt.

Characters vary for each seed and possibly run. The People menu (left bar) is the best way to check who people are and access their character sheet/card. Places should be obvious, there are only two maps: University and Town. The different actions in different locations may change according to what you've unlocked in the run so far.
After the roommate's SO tells you about the glory hole and you've completed the challenge, you may return to the porn shop and use it, provided your disinhibition is above 4, if I'm not mistaken. I don't think there is any other way to unlock this currently, which is a bit of a let down. I can imagine a scenario where the properly disinhibited MC can turn any restrooms (School, Dorms, Shopping Mall, River Rat, Quickie Burger, etc.) into gloryholes, and they wouldn't need to find out about it from the corruptive NPC. And since the game features pee play already, those truly depraved watersport enthusiasts could offer their services as human urinals.
The very idea of the corruptive roommate's boyfriend/girlfriend is a bit of a hit and miss in my opinion. The challenges would make much more sense if that person was, at least initially, the only source of sexual depravation for the MC. But the MC may become a total slut/perv just fine without their 'help': watching college cams, masturbating (this is stupid, really, I've yet to meet anyone in real life who's become a shameless slut through chronic masturbation), dressing lightly, streaking, peeping, flirting, partying, etc. For a relatively sexually experienced MC, some of those challenges are not challenges at all. The 'wear a skirt and no panties to the class' challenge comes, more often than not, quite late in my playthroughs, usually when this is the way my Exh 3+ MC have been dressing on a daily basis for quite some time.

Most annoying thing is that for the last four (!) runs through the game I could not trigger the roommates Bf route. Only on my very first run it happened. Obviously it is too narrow shaped to get there.
Since there's already framework for pregnancy(Breeding Kink, for one), how soon can we expect it to be fully available?

Well, you need to shower, if you just recover stats from the cheat all the time, you will not unlock the next step.

Is there some kind of event I have to get when working to trigger that? I always re-roll to get favor, spitting, topless, and quickie events, so I might never trigger that questline.
This is crazy. I always trigger the rommate partner event. You are skipping some aspect of the gameplay if you have having this much trouble with it.
