What's the extent of submissiveness in this game? Can you do chores or run errands for a dominant? Also unfortunately haven't encountered any feet or shoe content yet with the toggle on 
I don't think there is any "shoe" content, beyond buying kitten heels and looking at your description. "Feet content" is basically just NPCs going for a footjob during sex scenes. If you are someone's sub, they give you dressing rules every week for skimpier clothes, and if you're living in the dorm they may come in and fuck you quickly / get a blowjob from you. The only other related content I am aware of is unlocking the BDSM club through the library extra credit, where you are tied up and after the first time some people touch you --but that's it. Unfortunately this game does not model anything like bondage or other BDSM play yet (though I think it would work well with it). I guess if you buy whips and such a dominant character may use them on you like other toys during a vanilla sex scene, instead of like choking you.What's the extent of submissiveness in this game? I believe the next month update(November) may have a glimpse of its next major update, NPC simulation as well as expanding and refining the current Greek House content. It could be the largest and most challenging update for the dev.

I bought all the toys available in the game, but dominant characters, including those who have dominant status in relationships, do not use impact toys or clamps, unfortunately.
I think something broke for me regarding the greek houses. Went through rush week, and got to the point where I was earning points for pledge, but then the year ended (guess my save was pretty late into the year) and the summer break timeskip happened. After I couldn't interact with any of the houses at all. Was playing more thinking it'd restart again later, but now I'm in the first break the next year and still nothing. Is my save screwed or is there a way to fix it?

Let's face it - the Devs keep on putting out new basic story lines without deepening existing ones, making the game more and more shallow and dissatisfying for long-time- followers. There is so much amazing stuff in the game - each and everything unfinished, not going over stage one or two. Frustrating. But maybe... ... this strategy is wise reagarding development?

Sadly yeah, a sandbox game is good only if you can "model the sand in interesting ways that you like". Sadly for this game its like being in a box of dry sand with no tools. You can make a mount out of it or draw shapes. I think that the NPC background update that is next might hopefully remedy this issue.

I think the effects of public nudity are that it raises the arousal of people that see you and it causes rumors of your promiscuity to spread, increasing the number of "rumor" events in class or on elkbook, as well as the number of times you get propositioned at parties. Another effect that I might be misremembering is that it increases people's Attraction towards you.
I can't confirm, I have had the toy lover inclination, which I think gates them using anything on you, but I have only had one NPC try to use the rabbit on me one time, and it was bugged. So I don't know if it is well implemented in general. I've also never had someone use an impact toy on me.
My one biggest complaint about this game since day 1 is that the sliders are all but useless. Have gender things set to 0? Try to have an all girl school with 'traditional genders' turned off? Nah fam, whatever you "turn off" will still be there. It's moddable on desktop but you're boned on mobile.
Also something that's funny is talking about mods is a bannable offense on the official CoT discord. They *really* don't like you changing things in their game to make it how you want. Which kinda meshes with not being able to turn things off with the sliders in a roundabout way.
Every other issue I have with the game, like the amount of things that are halfway done or less than halfway done, I can look over as a still-in-development thing.
But this ONE THING drives me absolutely freaking bonkers.

They didn't ban mods because they "don't like you changing things", they banned them because Patreon would have their ass, and because people keep complaining about bugs or features that are caused by mods.

They've taken a lot of it out, sadly. Let's just say that bus rides used to be a lot more interesting.
I think I know why NPCs and to some extend female PC can only climax in the vanilla version of the game. It could be something with gloryhole in the porn store. The sex minigame ends when the NPC climaxed in the gloryhole and the post event dialogues are very scripted. In order to prevent crash or some other issues the developer limit the NPC to climax once. Same goes with female PC. While the sex minigame still ongoing if the male NPC ejaculated but female PC still can max her arousal meter in order to climax and end the sexual encounter with satisfied partner.
As for Male PC, he can ejaculate few times before his partner does because his cum technically don't exist, unlike a male NPC's cum which exists physically, can be placed on female(or male if he is gay or bisexual) PC like on face, breasts, etc and only gone when you wash it out. Male(or futa) PC cum never existed outside scripted events(like sex minigame) and so we never get to see anyone wearing his/her cum after sexual encounter. This is also the reason why NPCs can swallow loads of cum over and over again in single sex session while PC can only swallow one load at one time.

I noticed the harem tag in this game, but I'm wondering if it’s used correctly. For a game to be considered a harem, while you can have multiple romantic/sexual partners, your partners should only have you as their romantic/sexual partner, and they need to be aware of each other.
In this game, however, your partners can also be polyamorous, meaning they can sleep around with other people. Even if they are monogamous, that still wouldn't be a harem if they don't know about your other partners and have given their consent. That would instead be considered cheating or two-timing.
