In truth I have no idea what classifiy as a femboy, a male crossdresser?
There is a custom gender option in the game when creating character that I had tried out of curiosity.
I create a PC with male body parts but choose pronouns to be she/her - the game and all other NPC treats me as a female and i start the game with panties instead of boxer, does that count as a femboy?
You can do the opposite and make a PC with all of female parts or just some of female parts and choose the pronouns to be he/man/boy and the game and all NPC will treat you as a male.
The problem is that the world is so "inclusive" that nobody is shocked that the person that looks like a female has a penis. That's a design decision. A male wearing a skirt is normal. To crossdress, there needs to be a "norm" in the first place for you to break, but there is not, because that would be offensive or whatever. This applies to all aspects of the game.

This game had such potential, but it keeps becoming more of an autistic life simulator and less of an adult game. Then there's the hard coded virtue signaling identity politics on top of that, preventing a host of fetishes from even being possible to include, never mind the dubcon or noncon issue. :(

I've never had any major problems with the game in terms of errors and some grievances of not being able to truly disable the trans and non binary stuff as that is just not my thing.

Out of curiosity I decided to scan the html download from Itch and I thought the behaviour of the files was a tad bit odd so I'm gonna link the VT link and people with better knowledge and understanding can take a look and tell me my paranoid self is just being dumb or something.

Probably not the first or even twentieth time someone brought this totally original idea up...
I mean, you can make the characters different skin colours, but apart from having a monolid and a lot of weird fusion names (like Japanese firstname but random Anglophone surname) its kind of implied that there are Asian people in the game.

I'm not suggesting race play, but it would at least be nice to acknowledge people based on ethnicity, etc.

What the game desperately needs: Improved sex logic and more fluid character interaction mechanics.

What the dev gives us: 80 more variants of socks and a new job location.

Every. Goddamn. Patch.

Most of the clothing is made by contributors, not the dev.

I agree that improved sex logic is one of the most pressing issues. But the socks don't detract from overall dev time.

Education should be significantly more expensive. Players should be able to take out high-interest bank loans, leaving the method of repayment entirely up to the player’s choices.

Achieving a 4.0 GPA needs to be more time-consuming and difficult; it should require high intelligence stats, meaning low-INT characters shouldn't be able to reach it. However, players should be able to influence professors using their Charisma stat. To incentivize performance, a GPA of 3.5 or higher should be rewarded with scholarships. Additionally, tournament success should grant both money and reputation.

There needs to be a strict 'Risk vs. Reward' balance for promiscuity. Currently, it lacks consequences. It should lead to reputation loss, academic bias from professors (resulting in lower grades), STDs, unplanned pregnancy, and physical threats or assaults. Managing these risks should incur heavy costs. If sex work were purely beneficial without these downsides, it would break the game's balance; there must be a reason why it isn't the choice for everyone.
