Can you tell me how you do it without losing imgs quality and breaking the game. Cause I still do not know how to trasnlate small squares with texts, so they will work after. Any tool or method?

No other way than manually translate it using image editor, here my result. All smearing you see was caused by machine translate itself trying to mask the background

Seems to be a fun game. The premise is that you buy slave calfs and train them by feeding them specific foods, and teach them various so they transform into "unique" cowgirl.
The issue is that since this is a trainer game, it's impossible to play with MTL.
Some of the translated dialogues are quite "okay" for MTL, but the problem is that like 80% of the items are untranslated, and they're crucial for progression.

Hopefully there will be a proper TL in the future.

the only image translator I know that doesn't change the size and keep the transparencies is google translate
