I think he usually more or less finishes everything. The only major 'unfinished' project that comes to mind is CyberStreetGals, but the unfinished thing was the story mode, the sex scenes (which people actually care about) all got done. There's some beach thing in the old style animation that is like fully animated and just needs SFX which was nver finished too for... some reason.
CyberStreetGals wasnt done, they didnt add any vag for JESSICA, which is fucing retarded

I know it's an old game at this point but I'm still a tad upset he never did one more update to PPT to add Daisy. honesty I think CB's biggest problem is just starting shit while other stuff is in mid development. the Halloween projects, while great, don't help. it's kind of a problem when the community can predict candy corn brainrot causing delays more accurately then farmers knowing when the last snow of the season is. finish the steak on your plate before going for more mashed potatoes. even if the potatoes are good.
