From what we've heard, the Halloween one with Shantae is actually planned to get a final, complete version. It's just that the ETA is up in the air.

And as for Splatoon, I'm pretty sure they're done with that one. Hell, no one ever talks about their Anaringu game.

It's not that serious relax, i made a statement which is still true at the end of the day, i too used to support creambee, for a whole year until i decided it was enough so it wasnt FREE for me, it's my right and anybodies right to complain, just don't make a fuzz out of it. I did not attack creambee neither his team, simply stated the reality of his work and schedule, i've been following his games for what, 4-5 years now? I don't even know anymore, anywho my "restaurant" analogy is not the greatest example, but it is identical. Considering i supported his work that is. AT the end of the day he used to release games way quicker and ALONE, now he has a bigger team and takes double or triple the time. If anything it only got worse, not like the games improved on creativity either, all his games have been the same for years, just different scenery with different characters, and now added VA. :BootyTime: With that i would kindly suggest to stop with all the attacks, this is why there's arguments at all times in the threads, it can be a civilized conversation, it's not that difficult. If all you intend to do is trash talk at everybody like you started at first then this is my last reply here, i have no patience for an argument.

Since you want the civilized response, here's why your example was not only not the greatest, but is honestly a terrible one.

A normal functioning restaurant has a largely fixed menu, ingredients ordered from suppliers days before and preparations from days to hours before each meal service, with the purpose of producing those menu items identically over and over. But getting a restaurant to this state doesn't happen overnight, and definitely not if newcomers need to be trained and take time to adapt.

A one man hole in the wall is similar, except the menu will always be smaller and depends on that one person to remain in the same circumstances to keep churning out content like an AI would, except they are human and if they want to be around for a long time, they either slow down or start building a team for the long run.

Complaining about how the games "lacks creativity" just because they stick to the format that made them popular in the first place and being dismissive about variety like different sex poses, the exact problem most cheap reskin content farms do not change because it's too much effort to change the pose, is ridiculous.

Just like eating at the same restaurant everyday doesn't work for everyone, it's fine to bring your business elsewhere and come back whenever you feel like it. No need to claim to be "stating facts" under the guise of some weird analogy as a cheap shot and start complaining about being called out after.

And if you want to keep overlooking at details and call everything the same, you have paid too much attention to this creator and it's obsessive to the point it killed your enjoyment. Go take an extended break and if it's no longer for you, so be it.

tl;dr: fast and same? Go follow some others like Consome, their creator title literally has the word kitchen in it too and boy is all the content exactly like dining out at a consistent restaurant service. Mostly the same thing with different characters and scenery.

I never complained originally about the creativity, but how the scheduling of releases got worse over the years with the increase of the team WHILST the games are the exact same.

I already said the Analogy wasn't great, I can give you another one ; A lot of artists take commissions, and take months to finish a piece where people start to slowly getting concerned of the time, then when they take it up to the public (ex: twitter) their fans start attacking them. This has literally happened countless times, why? Because they take on too many projects without realizing their time is crippled to oblivion. Same analogy of the phrase stated above "Stop complaining they can take their time".

I never cared if the work of creambee is the same, the games were always cool to play regardless, in fact i'm a big fan of all the halloween projects.

There's just not much more to speak about this honestly, i don't even know why it turned into this, just like you are correct about my analogy not being a good example and ME admiting to it (even tho it works for me) My statement is also a FACT, not only for creambee but many other creators, i still like his games and play whenever they release, but this is not a butterfly and rainbow website, just like there's positive conversations, there can be also negative or neutral, feedback, criticism etc. I gave my criticism about the schedule while his team got bigger, that's it.

I mean, I don't really care that much, but I also don't think it's wrong to go 'so yeah Halloween is in like 2 months, and the previous Halloween release is still being worked on.' Like at this point I almost wonder if he's going to just release Thorn FOR halloween, he should probably skip this halloween regardless (which is unfortunately because the halloween stuff seems to be when the good things are made.)

I do unironically think that giving Creambee a deadline is actually a blessing. It makes them haul ass to complete it, instead of just putting it off for months on end.

No it's not hard to do if you just wrap it, but if you redo the whole thing to be a native apk, then yes, it's quite a bit of work.
just use an emulator

Damn, people are taking this too seriously. It's a bit crazy how slow the release schedule is. Didn't they do that whole hex thing specifically to make a template that got games out faster, lol?

i just noticed/ read that the thorn game is just a reskin of the hex one, bruuhhh
