you need to progress further with wednesday (iirc unlock her scenes in the nursery) and then ask her if she is watching you
if you then meet parker a scene should trigger, where parker says she met this girl and wednesday pops up for the double bj
(you shouldnt ask wednesday about her spying on you too early though, i got one game over by doing that --> so save beforehand)
