You have to say no to a sex scene to get a sex scene.

What is the difference between the steam and patreon versions? Does one have more content or changes that the other platform wouldn't allow? I know they are currently different game version numbers.

how to get all three endings?

I can't find the bad ending but there are 3 good endings:
1 - FBI ending
2 - Criminal ending with Emily and the 4 girls (you must tell Emily that you love her in the subway)
3 - Criminal ending with the 4 girls only

Ok found a bad ending: after discovering the secret room you get killed by Amina if you're not with any of the 4 girls, I had to select all the negative choices from start to finish.
I'm sure there are other bad endings to find though.

I'll browse through the Image folder with FSIV first. Repeating the game more than 2 times starts to bore me.
