Westerners understand height about as well as the Japanese understand body weight.
I pay no attention to those numbers.
Europeans used to using feet over cm* isn't the west half the damn planet? I should be right about this tho. A head is about one feet. And every 1.0 should be one feet, right? So that would make him 1-2 feet taller than most of the girls. A feet is 12 inches tho, but it shouldn't matter. 5.2 and 6.2 is still 1 foot difference, yes?

I'm quite sad to be caught up to the current version. This game is amazing and I would recommend it.

Alright so, started playing March 9th, it's not March 19th. This game seems to have A LOT of similarities to lessons in Love and while I was originally put off by the character face designs, they grew on me. The game in general grew on me so much that I would consider it one of the best I've played. Whenever there is anything worrying, it is quickly resolved before it can get out of control and I've come to learn that no matter how bad something seems, I know that I don't to worry THAT much as whatever happens will almost certainly be resolved. There were cases of characters being injured, a case that could have turned into rape/ntr in the past but never did which I am thankful for.
I'm not really sure what else to say about the story. I think this doesn't stem from it being boring but more from it being way too fun to possibly point out any particular thing. I found myself laughing a lot and found many of the animations wonderful.
Just as it's been pointed out in the past, this is one of those games that desperately need an info page. Perhaps an in-game notepad attached to the phone with infinite storage and a search function? I dunno.

So... The common theme here is that I would attach a massive spoiler containing my thoughts and reactions as I play through each day and chapter. There's just the super tiny little problem of the final character count of what I wrote being... 152,670 characters long. That's like a fifth of the 73 days of daily reactions from Lessons in Love. I don't know HOW I reached that number and I think my mindset was in the wrong here and I never bothered to correct it.
If you were to read outloud at an average of 130 wpm, you would be reading that for 3 hours and 33 minutes. At silent reading at 250 wpm it would be 1 hour and 51 minutes or at 400wpm it would be 1 hour 9 minutes. It's 27750 words apparently, which honestly seems less than I thought it would be now that I think about it... but I think my perception is warped a bit.

Anyway... I've decided to attach the 4 chapter reactions so far here, but I guess you should see it more as a proof that I did in-fact go through the whole game and did in-fact give:
live reactions, questions, complaints and feedback, rambling and so forth.
So yeah. I honestly don't expect anyone reading that in one sitting.

Honestly, one of these days, someone should just sit down for a moment and tell me what active readers who like reactions don't want to see, what I should slow down on etc. People actively read what I put down in Lessons in Love, but not every community have active regulars like them.

If that is true, then there could still be trouble for this one because the girl you rescue from one of the families is much younger and even acknowledged as such. She hasn't really been in the story since then other than a mention or two (and I think a brief conversation on the phone) but she does have a profile pic in the phone, and her age is stated.
certainly would. I'd say this makes the rumor doubtful if patreon staff were ever consistent in enforcing their own rules. or being clear on them for that matter. still at this point her having to be changed/dropped or this game being dropped from patreon for her wouldn't surprise me. still there is also the possibility of them not knowing of her since the rescue was a bit late in the story. they might playtest a game for a bit and then rely on reports. and i can't see anybody reporting lil'cat.

It saddens me that i've almost caught up with the game, because it's so damn good. The plot, the girls, the scenes, it all has me invested and wanting to play more; actively making me want to find out what happens next. They're all just so likeable, and the secrets that eventually get uncovered are a big part in that. So much to this game...

What is the release schedule for it typically?

Dev puts out an update roughly once every 1-2 months. Sometimes there's only around 1 month between releases, sometimes closer to 2 months. Averages around 1 1/2 months for each release.

Here's the history of public releases for the past while:

0.34.1 - 26th May 2024
0.35.1 - 7th July 2024
0.36.1 - 11th August 2024
0.37.1 - 23rd September 2024
0.38.1 - 4th November 2024
0.39.1 - 23rd December 2024
0.40.0 - 12th February 2025
0.41.x - due on 15th April 2025 (it's currently out to Tier 1 & 2 paid subscribers)

In other words, this is the kind of dev I wish I could kidnap and keep in a basement on a nutrient drip doing nothing but write and code 24/7 like it's a Rimworld colony?
Hard to say, since the additions are usually really minimal each update.

And I dont mean "urrr deres no sexo this one so is bad!" We've spent the last 5-8 updates in the same place, just recapping the harem and events individually. Dev may have added several hundred new renders and thousands of words, but nothings actually happened to move the plot or characters forward until this last update, 40.0.

Basically, I think someone already had your idea and beat you to it, as that would explain the lackluster speed of true progress.

The last updates did progress the story. Although the focus was not to force the main plot but rather the individual relations between the characters which is as important as the main plot for this game. Many dynamics if left unexplored would just confuse the player later on.

Neat, so basically every month or so? Is it decent content each update? Or like in short bursts, kinda the latter from what it seems like above.

Either way this game seriously grew on me...I may or may not be stalling myself from completing 40.0 to not deal with the sadness of having nothing left, until the next update lmaoo

The updates aren't much of anything. They're really short and usually add 2 more LIs while only delivering on one of the existing ones.

Rip, I supposed that seems about right. Just checked and game came out in 2021? But with only 13 days (granted each day has a good bit to them), but damn...

That must mean each day takes multiple updates to complete then huh
