During that 1st sex scene, you get a choice on whether Flare is ready to give her virginity or not. If you choose not too, she just lets the BF to grind his dick against her pussy without penetration.

After that, you just have to make sure that you don't lose and that you only use the handjob option on the night visits with the BF if you want to keep collecting Lavi to help powerup Pure Flame.

I have absolutely no idea how that could be possible. If you got the game from the OP and updated with the latest patch from Dazed, there's no reason for that to happen. Then again, even without the patch, I don't think the TL could have broken that... As far as I know, it wasn't added later by the dev or anything either.

I'm honestly completely stumped.

You need to beat the game with one of the good endings, as far as I understand it. After that, you gain the ability to unlock the gallery as well as to open the chest with the insta-kill attack skill.
