Last Patreon post was November 21st with a sneak preview of the photoshoot with Pagonis, the latest progress post was November 4th. The previous two updates were October 9th with an updated shower animation and September 4 with a progress update. So Pixdes is working on it, but they're doing it very slowly.
I'll be honest, it's not really worth asking about progress updates for this game. Yes, they're working on it. And yes, two of the team members are on this forum. But they've grown increasingly quieter on both Patreon and on here (unless you go to the City of Dreams thread.) The update will come out when it comes out.

There was a BBC gloryhole scene in the library bathroom, yes. In one of the updates they replaced that scene so that it was a BWC.

Bruh, I think the old one was hotter, it also showed Lara dripping/cumming from excitment. But good to know i'm not crazy yet, I was trying different combinations of choices to see if it appeared
Whatever happened to that storyline were Lara agrees to do a nude photoshoot for some rich guy?
