Those are false positives Cross Love Ep.1 is definitely clean and I will assume one of the other three you mention is Grand Kokoro which I have also downloaded (demo & ep.1). You should maybe get a different AV if that one keeps flagging clean apps.

Depends on how fast you read it took me maybe around an hour or hour and a half maybe longer (I didn't exactly time it, just a guess), it's a sweet little story and well worth a playthrough imo. I hope to see Ep 2 released soon.
