Started ok enough but too much force teleporting MC around, MC feeling too powerless the whole time and the Demon chick just ruins the mood. Yes the MC is a newbie but that's why you build them up slowly and show obstacles he can deal with to show the growth. This whole time he's just tossed around, constantly being saved, everyone sacrifices themselves for him just because his mom is famous etc, one LI wasn't even a real LI, just a crafted body for a sword so I guess it's not as bad that she dies because I'm sure the sword will take her place... the best part of the whole thing was that one mission, should have had more of that. This doesn't even really touch on the cultivation aspect, it's just a backdrop setting.

Anyways, just my thoughts.

It's something more than she is just famous.. The sword even said he is probably the only one that could wield it now.. We have Elders that could not even wield the sword. So something is special about him to the point that they took him to Earth to protect him.

I hope the MC's abilities & fights leans more towards his gravity affinity moving forwards. Such a cool affinity and presumably it's unique in their realm. The last few battles were all about the sword dao rather than his affinity, it's disappointing.

I expect Jake to be a Soul reaver too but hope/assume he will have a better motivation than "being forgotten"

I also wonder where he is. Dude was like his 2nd best friend! And MC didn't even wish to find him during the lantern event!

That ending is just foul! That was one hell of a rollercoaster, freaking awesome read. I'm not happy but at the same time I cannot deny that I really enjoyed that. Now did I miss the Layla scene or was this a trick for us to not expect what happened??? Because it had be backtracking thinking I made a wrong decision somewhere... I can't wait for the next update, wondering how exactly the MC is supposed turn that ending around.

I enjoy the story a lot, though I must say the MC is being drowned in wondrous gifts.

54 thingies for maximum qi regeneration (forgot the name)
gravity specialization
super sword dao technique (with mentoring included)
dragon protector/companion
demon protector/companion
godly sword companion/weapon
access to that dark energy (not sure if this is a separate one or a side effect of another)

Usually you'd expect a main character to have maybe one or two such special gifts. Especially in the beginning. It seems a bit strange he's constantly getting completely new stuff rather than working on improving the things he has.

IDK why everyone is fighting for a simple thing/topic , ik the cliffhanger at the end was great and I won't be able to live in peace until I get to play the next update

DuskDuck has already confirmed that the story will continue right after chapter 3. not 10 years later and the scene of adult Yua ( the time skip ) is just a sneak peak which can't be trusted totally at least BLINDLY!




We can't say if Yua is sad and alone after MC's death or if she's just waiting for his return from an Realm ( which seems a better option )

It's possible that our MC will be saved by Elina, Vanny, or the Sword Goddess? I'm not sure, but at least he isn't going to die. However, in order to recover from his injury and become stronger, he needs to stay and work hard in some realm. After all, the main character has already passed his final test, and he is bound with Vanny and Sword Goddess afterall



if that's true then everyone including the Girls, Elina, YanYan, Serena should know that he's alive and shall be back soon! He's not just a normal low leveled disciple of their Sect, he's A HERO! A SAVIOR!

A 10 year time skip in cultivation genre is normal when people are tend to live 100's of years ( even 600 ) and DuskDuck has no plan for NTR ( which is good ) so no problem in girls getting close to anyone else! and I guess the time skip is a good thing as our MC need to be more powerful to the equal level of LI's and if we're talking about Serena , it's possible that her Ashenoko family may accept our MC? coz they know his strength and power and after the time skip he'll be much powerful-- Giving us a chance to open our relationship with Serena ( I don't like being cock-blocked )

Yua is already in love with the MC, she just need a good timing and situation to confess her feelings, a high chance after he recovers, talking about Liana...hmmm she hasn't regretted her decision made during tornado so we need to give her some time ( today or tomorrow she'll be a part of our Harem hehe )

It's hard to say anything regarding Dyna , the game's still very early and we didn't get any chance to take our relationship further and it's sad to see Layla's death! she was a good girl or maybe a form? let's see what we have in future for our Sword Goddess I won't think much now

The fight scene was superb, but it lacked music and soundtracks in some places
Layla's sex scene was good too, but it didn't have any music—was that intentional or a bug? The cliffhanger was fantastic, and while it's hard to predict what will happen next, waiting for the next update won't be easy
