Then we have the ending where he somehow can't take down a couple of low levels while being in full on over powered berserker mode where he's definitely trying to kill them, but then another time skip just so narratively we can keep the harem girls more powerful than him while completely ignoring everyone else who is overpowered that saw him do that shit and just conveniently are ignoring even though his safety is the greatest priority. Vanny is literally connected to the dude and nothing. Oh and what breaks his bs? His feelings for the girl that physically abuses him every time she sees him.....every...single......time and magically just in time for him to die so that was useless. So many gaping plot holes by the end and what makes it worse is its not terribly written and you know the dev is gonna pull some other magical reason from his ass he's the only one who doesn't die from this.

1. We have to assume they spent the extra month time skipped together even if we didnt see it so Layla and Noah didnt come out of nowhere.
2. Noah was only using pure physical strength when he went berserk, thats why he couldn't beat them.
3. Dev has said 60 times CH4 will pick up literally moments after CH3.
4. His berserk mode is because he cant resist the negative emotions the souls throw at him so ofc his love for Yua will break it out off. And yea its a bit cliche but so what, you dont like it dont play it.
5. Not THAT many plot holes
6. There has already been in canon ways to revive people. Its not going to be out of his ass if he already set up in Chapter 2 and 3 ways to bring him back.

Just finished the update, man I thought it was fantastic. So much happened! Its really satisfying to read through such a lengthy and event filled update that really pushes the story forward.

Fantasy authors often write about the main protagonist home, village, base etc. being attacked and people the MC loves being put in peril to encourage growth and development from the mc so that was expected. The Layla incident was surprising but I thought it was executed well enough, there's a lot of possibilities for the future with that angle. Vannyr was probably my favorite character this chapter.

Its a good chapter with an apt title: Fall. The mc truly fell, his mind, body and soul. Now he will rebuilt, strengthen and move forward. I'm pretty sure there will be several time skips in this story, thinking about how cultivation and growth works in the lore, it requires a lot of time to cultivate even though the Mc has some secret powers, the rest of the cast needs to grow with him.

The action sequences were so elaborate! loved it. Just the entire setting, placement and set designs. Its a really unique game. Anyway really satisfied with the read through, looking forward to what the dev comes up with in the next chapter, reckon they might focus more on training and character interactions next but who knows! Awesome story. cheers.

So what is up about Layla? Is she actually dead or like reincarnated to the goddess?

Also whats up with the anger power ups. I was confused but I liked the fight.

why'd you skip over 90 percent of his post? and if you actually think the childish bullcrap that is saying "if you don't like it don't play it" works then you have never made a game or even looked at triple a game companies. and no he wasn't JUST using pure physical strength at all or he wouldn't be able to resist the qi stuff they used. and even if a dev says something thousands of times. DOESNT MAKE IT TRUE a devs word isn't law they can lie too and no there hasn't been canon ways to revive people there's been ways to keep their souls but its not actually them they are controlled. and no one whose an ally of the mc has a way to revive the mc. and no we don't HAVE to do shit just because you say we do your word isn't law and no a soul isn't throwing negative emotions at him its multiple souls and the mc is a weak brat who thinks like a 10 year old kid even through he's a grown ass man.

The one point I will amend from my post is yes he did use Qi. But his Qi pool was already broken and despite being empowered by the murderous souls of the sword he is still weaker in cultivation than both the other people he was fighting, hence thats why he couldn't beat "low levels" despite being berserk.

And regarding the revive it just takes a logical guess someone will revive him because he is connected to influential families and he is being watched over by higher powers.

And I said souls not soul.

Regarding the rest of your post have fun with that. You are obviously taking my post way to personal when it is a forum on a random page of the internet. Its a free world you can do what you want, I never said you HAVE to do anything but take it the wrong way and keep on hating a story you care nothing for and rage posting random people on the internet you feel are calling you out specifically.

I had certain events spoiled about the newest update for this one and didn't think I'd enjoy it because of that. Gave it a try anyways and man was I wrong. I'm really excited to see where this one goes!

i hope the mc actually becomes a smart person and doesn't blame everything on himself and doesn't think he needs to or can save everyone and this time around actually takes training seriously instead of just thinking he can rely on someone else constantly.

Fun game but really lacking in sex scenes. 3 Chapters are out and we have what? 8 scenes? And they are all really short and most of them aren't even actual sex...

I'm fine with it. I mean it actually seems like a lot for chapter 3 considering MC's prior relationship with the women (or lack thereof). I don't usually like games where Lis fall into bed with MC the moment they meet him. Then again, I want good stories with some porn in them more than porn with a story tacked on.

God forbid some AVNs choose story more than the porn. There are more than a few games that choose to do this, if you want to play AVNs with little plot and a lot of scenes there are plenty of alternatives out there.
