No, you aren't doing anything wrong, I have only just begun commissioning sex scene artwork, so the public version only has art with the Barkeep, Katie, and Beatrice at the moment. The next update adds artwork with the Lizardman as well as one of the Elves further on into the game named Havath, and I hope to have a scene with Daisy finished soon as well. Currently with my budget and the artists schedules I'm hoping to add three sex scenes per month.
I only just found this game a moment ago but I appreciate seeing this as it signals to me that you're interested in making sure the game's existing content is fleshed-out even after hitting v0.15.
Mentally is debatable, but he's said there will never be a full physical transformation outside a temporary scenario in certain situations, but nothing permanent (it would be way too hard to write and re-write variances of all scenes to account for the full gender switch)

The gathering quest is technically optional, but unlocks the ability to buy transformative potions from Beatrice, so you’ll probably want to finish it. This bug should be fixed as of patch 0.15.7. If you apply the latest patch, (currently 0.15.9) then it should properly move you around that guy if he is in the way. (Here’s a link to that patch)
I don’t really know anything about Macs, but if you let me know what issues you have when trying to run it maybe I can help. You can also try to use the web version of the game instead, although the character creator doesn’t work if you use that version.

I’ve gone back and added some other victory scenes recently when I was in the mood for it, so I could probably do that. I don’t really know what you mean when mentioning slit penetration, I’m assuming it’s because he’s a lizardman, but if you could send me some examples of that, that would be helpful for writing a scene around it.

Well, Lizards (and Birds for that matter) have only one hole, and depending on gender theres a suprise in there when you reach in. The following examples need a massive FURRY WARNING ...
I remember there was some instances where you can, but off the top of my head I can't recall them. I do know the chances were there, but it was only a couple times. You only need 1-2 dom points over her anyway to get the dom events...sorry I am not more helpful, but I can at least confirm there is ways
Ah, and here I just commissioned artwork of the Lizardman with more human anatomy last month. I might be able to do a scene where he has a slit anyway, and just have a minor inconsistency with him.
Do you have the latest patch applied? This should be fixed, but a temporary workaround is to copy another image and rename it to Katie_Nude.png Katie_Sex_Scene.png should be the image used anyways, so if you do the renaming trick use that image.

I did also misread what they were asking for lol, the Guild scene gives you all the points you need if you are interested in sub Katie, so I automatically assumed they wanted a dominant Katie.
