IIRC they'll always have sex -- during a talk with Vicky at sex shop on day 2 you can learn she's had a crush on him and fantasized about him for a long time. Also if Emily didn't have a fight with Vicky and you talk with her about her sex with Connor in friendly manner, she can learn/notice that it wasn't just a hookup on Vicky's part and that she was perhaps hoping it'd become something more.

Ohh yeah I remember that but since I was aiming her path (?) I hope it were any way to avoid it to happen. Well a shame, it was a good game I guess.
I mean, Vicky is stated upfront to be very much a casual person, and she'll hook up with two another potential ROs over the course of the game so far. One of them on the first day is pretty much unavoidable, and the other requires Emily to hit on the guy first herself in order to prevent it so... bit of a double standard to take offense if she does the same. So it's not so much a matter you're going to be able to avoid it, but you might be able to change her mind on this matter down the road, i'd guess.
(or just join her in fucking Connor, since that's potentially Emily's thing too.

Development progress
Writing is going strong!
I’ve just finished Tuesday of Emily’s second week, and I’ve already started working on Wednesday.
In parallel, I’ve continued refining the outfit system I mentioned in the last update — it’s becoming a really exciting gameplay feature!
I can’t wait to share the current update (which covers Monday evening) with everyone soon, and the next one (up to Tuesday night) next month.
I’m genuinely proud of how the story and systems are evolving — and reading your feedback after each release is always a highlight for me.

Is this game in the style of EvaKiss's games, full of intricate routes that you progress through day by day? .

It's probably more accurate to say this one is influenced by GGGB, between the single protagonist, a number of crime-related paths, and how quickly the things can escalate for the MC.
