Depends on what you expect. The last 4 Updates added features which players desperately wanted. Therefore I (and them) would say they added a lot of content.

This update simply continues the story.

The MC will lose the Mustache as part of the story but not in the current version (It's a metaphor for him clinging to his masculinity)

You can count yourself lucky that this update actually continues the story xD Normally I'm really chaotic in my updates and constantly change stuff throughout

the constant dream sequences confuse me, i guess they are important for the character development but this pink mist everywhere is weird :C also it seems that a lot of scenes are locked to certain choices

Depends on which sequences you mean. Pink mist = Character is getting drugged, purple mist = Character is dreaming. And yes, obviously that's important for the story xD

Yupp, I want player choice to matter. Why offer choices to players if they don't affect anything?

oh. i didnt see any drugged scenes so far so i must have mistaken purple for pink. choice locked scenes are always a bother to me, because i feel coerced to replay the game with dialogue choices i usually wouldnt pick
