There's the "cheese it!" option when you start a new save (although that only gives the gallery, not really scene context or access to quickies), and in theory saves from previous versions should* be compatible going forward so you should be able to skip to new content, but a proper "just let me skip to the new content instead of doing these droll fetch quests for the thousandth time" would be nice for when saves break or what have you.
Are there any walkthroughs or anything? I have no idea where to go after dropping off the xenos

14 male/female, 13 male/male, 1 male+male/male, 1 male/female+female, 1 male+male/female (you take turns), 2 male/shemale, and 1 shemale+male/female (you take turns) scenes exist in the gallery currently. Don't need a save, you can unlock the gallery as a "cheese it" option when starting a new game, then access the gallery by pressing esc and clicking gallery
