Das failed so fucking hard with making a playable female he gave up after two horribly failed attempts, and just stuck with male in this remake. Which tbh: Was a smart move.

Yeah. You could play as either guy: Calvin the crow, or Darling the shark. Two "male" PC's that functioned like PC's.
Then you had the fox... who in the first iteration: Had no scenes. And functioned like an NPC. All her interactions were "You don't have a dick, fuck off." In the second iteration: She's back as an NPC. Playing polar opposite to any of the male PC's. Where she again: Was rejected for not not having a dick. And her only scenes was as an NPC.
You could interact with her as Calvin or Darling, and have her suck his dick. And if you interacted with either of the guys as her: Same thing happens. Cuz: "Hurr, durr, how to female?" /S.
This isn't inherent to crowjob. But, it's not rocket science that: If PC1 talks to NPC1 and gets oral. And PC2 talks to NPC1 and gets oral... why in the flying fuck does "PC3" talk to NPC1 and gets either 1: Rejected. 2: Gives the NPC oral.
Same goes for the "talk to a crewmate to have them pleasure you!". It works flawless for Calvin and Darling. Yet for the fox... it's "talk to a crewmate to pleasure THEM!" why the sudden 180 of gameplay? Like... you have ONE job with a HTH clone style of game: Have the PC get pleasured.
I at least respect that Das realized he can't handle female PC's and stopped trying. Same with accepting commissions of female OC's. He instead focuses on on what he can do, and is good at.

-fixed an error that replaced older dialogue options with new ones
-fixed a graphical glitch on rekodo’s sex scene

It's also been canceled, rebooted, scrapped, and reworked a shit ton.
Reminds me of Bad Dog's hotel, and I mean that dev wise, cus gameplay wise it's actually also the same.
Actually wait, it is the same thing, hell it might even be the same guy.

In this case, for this specific version of the game: I can agree.
Porn games are infamous for lying through their teeth. Doing false advertisement or the "What's in this game? - Play to find out! - It sucked. - *GASP* Then DON'T play it!" charade.
This is THE first Crowjob iteration that has been upfront of what you'll get. But yeah like... it has blatantly lied and done a rug pull twice in the past. Granted, I am more commenting on the game as a whole. Rather than slow development, which was the complaint. But yeah: It's not like it has a good track record. A very small minority of porn games has that xP

See how stupid that sounds? This is a pirate site with a review system, not a day-care for porn game developers to receive nothing but praise. People thinking about donating/buying the game (which they should be thinking about) should see the shitty side of some of these devs, lack of progress, and general incompetence.

Yeah, ironically: This site has like pirated games: Become WAY more reliable than the "official releases".
To just take an easy example: "Panthea: Leave Together". If you'd go to "their site". You're told it's a game with TONS of hot lesbian sex. Dozens of date-able girls. AND guys. Femdom. And: You can CHOOSE how you want to play. Suck dick for favors? OR: Climb the corporate ladder by showing off your skills!
While in reality: It doesn't have a SINGLE finished lesbian scene. The female models aren't even completed as the artist they got is too lazy to learn how to draw pussy. They scrapped and deleted the ONE femdom scene that was half-finished. And the game was 100 % railroaded, as you constantly hit "suck dick" or "game over" roadblocks. And then: They "finish" the first fucking game without completing any of it. Then going "We MIGHT add the shit promised in the first, in the sequel!"
I could name dozens of AAA games in recent years that have pulled similar stunts.
But likewise there: This site is invaluable due to the reviews. It's how we find out what game is full of shit. And which is actually worthwhile. There are still a lot of fake reviews that are either 1/5 because "It doesn't have my fetish" or 5/5 because "It DOES have my fetish." but generally; You can at least find one honest review that breaks the game down, and lets you know what its about. Just to make a bad, simple example: Say you find "Bob's Anal Escapades" and it has glowing promises of being THE BEST anal game out there. Then: Turns out 30 minutes in, you unlock the shrink ray that allows you to crawl up sphincters to perform colonoscopies. You may want those 30 minutes back. But, thanks to this site. In that example: You'd be able to just find a review going "You literally just crawl around asses like in that south park episode... there is NO anal sex going on in this game." and thus: Know that it's not a game for you... or know it IS a game for you.
(Part of why I at least respect this latest Crowjob variant. Even if it rarely updates. It doesn't lie out the ass about the content. Or like: Pretend it has a female PC when it doesn't.)
Heck, that recent Doxy disaster had like, 3/5 of it's "selling points" be a god damn lie.
