Monster Black Market- goblins, orcs, werewolves, minotaurs, and salamanders all have 2 sizes for their dicks and cause stomach bulge. I think there's x-ray in a couple scenes where it's you and the named NPCs. Otherwise, for x-ray, they just have a gauge filling up with cum pointed at an egg and when the breeding takes you see a sperm get into the egg.Come on guys, leave some suggestions of your own
There's also a regular brothel you can build above surface level. Ultimately, the game is RNG breeding and with almost no starting money the odds are pretty trash making it past the first few levels.
I know about it, it will be in the list, but not in bold or green, the bulge aspect is weak - not a sim.
Checked it out, sadly don't think it really is all that good, not only kinda hard to find it translated and decensored (I found one that was supposed to be both and yet still was all in japanese, ended up getting a save to check the scenes, but the scenes are done quite poorly, you have this 2D sprite in position with no dick, then a cut-away x-ray unrelated to the scene, cervix penetration isn't really that noticeable and as extreme as it should (it's more like dick touching cervix, no cum filling the womb/cum inflation, no belly bulging) and scenes themselves aren't interactive (not a proper sex sim).
Ok, I think the list is finished, at least for now, when it comes to 3D titles, I've checked most of the titles, few scenes in the simulation category would need checking to make sure I didn't miss any, but TBH if they'd be very good in terms of the bulge/x-ray/cervix aspect or exceptionally good sims - I'd remember about them, so I'm 90% certain all 3D titles are covered, as for 2D, 100% of the titles from the simulation, xray, bulge have been checked, less good games that are not in those categories I've also checked, but only maybe 50%, so there is still chance I'll find few more titles in the remaining 50%, but like with 3D, I'm 90% sure I've already had those games properly categorized and in specific folder, not just in the folder with all the other various titles, if I'll come across anything else, I'll be sure to add it, now it's your turn to suggest something (so far all suggestions have been below average, which is disappointing, it really seems like I've discovered all the good ones myself and there isn't a whole lot of other games (even just now over last 2-3 days I've downloaded over 30 new 2D and 3D games, played all (well tested) and of all 30+ titles only ended up liking and leaving on my drive:
- Welcum to the City - no aspects that match this thread, cool art style, kinda funny at times too
- Tame It - same - but nice game, tad boring/grindy, animations could be better, but can't not resist fucking a cat girl).
That's 2D games, as far as 3D games:
- Don't Disturb Your Stepmother - physics based interactions, full control of the motion, but crappy camera angles, slow and tedious to play, has customization of your stepsis, you can customize her quite well and make really rather good looking step sis to then fuck in all the usual stepsis porn scenarios (I'm stuck in a washing machine bro, pull me out BRO), it's a bratty/spoiled step sis at that, which is the best kind to fuck too.
- Bitchland - not sure what to think of this one yet, has promise, but currently very unfinished, very ugly, very buggy.
- Tentacle Slink (mentioned in the thread)
- The Parasites (still testing it for bulge content/sex content, for now may not have any of it, want a shooter/survival game with sex - play Delta Zone (although this one has a different premise and much larger map that seems done bit better.
- Haunting Heavens - you are tasked with capturing/subduing succubi in a haunted house, horror game, not that scary really, but quite buggy, only managed to find 6 scenes, one of which was bugged (3 when they catch you or you approach them yourself, 3 if you defeat them by subduing them).
- Project DPS - beautiful models and game about these android girls "remembering" how they were absued - perfect candidate for some over the top bulges, inflation, r*** and since they are android - detailed internals/x-ray - but we get none of that, crappy combat, few buggy animations and some clothing options, nothing but nice graphics here.
- Romantic Escapades - super grindy 3rd person chinese RPG game about a guy being reborn and traveling back in time (or maybe it's just hell or some alternative reality, didn't bother reading into story, I'm here for that short girl, could it be MC has a huge dick that will bulge belly of that legal loli?... No, he doesn't, and while the shortie is the cutest, playful and you do get to fuck her, there are no bulges or anything, goes for realism, might be worth your time... but it's super grindy, I ended up quickly resorting to cheat engine to increase item counts as soon as I'd get first few of each, otherwise this game would take you weeks to finish, with cheat engine, you might be able to get all sex scenes in mere hours... yeah, still too long for such a game, and there is no reason for it to be that grindy, there is crafting, talking/interactions, so far no combat, has "official" english translation too.
So as you can see, of 30+ games (think it was 38 exactly) - only 9 really passed the initial "quality control", and even then, none of them meets any aspect of what I look for in sex games, so really out of 38... I found actually 0 games that had in it what I wanted - as one can clearly see - the higher your standards and more specific your fetish... the less choice you get. Hence I still need your help to expand this thread.

Yeah, there are so many tags missing, at this point I lost hopes f95 mods would add it, but it is a very popular fetish, not having it makes finding games hard, on the other hands often games tagged with something they should supposed to have either don't have it (planned feature) or do it very badly, but it's better to have tags for belly bulges, cum inflation and cervix penetration than to not have them (we have for pregnancy and x-ray).

A very good game with sex simulation, x-rays, and shit ton of other features to play with. Also, features a penetration resistance/dilation mechanic so can't fuck the sister right away once you get to that part. Also, has a very interesting penetration option as well.
