Just checked demo from last harem guy, looks promising, sadly demo has no bulges yet, just an x-ray, no inflation yet (or cervix penetration), game itself is ok, but then who cares about gameplay, it's all about the scenes.

And here's Hard Stuck. Updates once a month around the 20-21st I believe on Patreon (ofc gets put here each time). Saves can be found in the forum or you can just play it yourself. It takes some getting used to but it's great

I think I added hard stuck already to the list and indeed played it, not bad, but not a big fan of sex as defeat scenes only and the character design while nice change compared to usual bimbos doesn't yield satisfying bulge in most scenes, only few are meeting the "requirements" for my list.

Are you sure it's the right game? There's no defeat scenes in HardStuck, you choose to fuck them and that decision can either overfill your cum meter which gives a game over, or simply incapacitates them. Though yeah most scenes don't have a bulge probably do her being chubbier, pretty much every "bigger" character gives a bulge and has cumflation, albeit probably not to your standards in terms of definition

Ahh I see, actually you can, but it's kinda difficult and I personally haven't done it but I've seen screenshots of others who did. You can increase your capacity with certain items and if you reach the end of the dungeon you carry over your cum capacity (but items get reset). So technically you CAN run around with a huge belly that even has physics but it's a pain in the ass lol

Minautors and other large creatures will give you that effect.
Theres an option in the gallery to set cumflation %.
Cumflation is limited by default, go in options to enable it.
I have a 100% save somewhere with full gallery for 4.0 somewhere with 250 max cum if you need it.

Theres also a hidden room on the right thats the gallery if youre the impatiant type. just walk into the wall instead of the stairs

I'm not a nerd, sorry if it's different one, don't fucking care) - you play as a chubby nerd running around a dungeon, fighting monsters and getting filled with cum, bulges in some scenes, each creampie makes your belly grow, too much and it's game over, nice art style, not my cup of tea gameplay wise, but you can just grab a full save and use an object in the starting area to see all the scenes, sadly you can't control the camera and scenes kinda progress on themselves, so no simulation aspect, but still nice.

Actually you can control the camera, though it's kinda wonky. You use middle mouse button to egage free cam mode and then wasd to move, f and r to go up and down, and q to rotate. Also there's quite a few scenes with cumflation. Kraken and Slime (though that's moreso just regular inflation) both have cumflation, minotaurs as well. Not sure what version you played but there's been a LOT of cumflation material in this game alone, it's great.

Runaway Girl Simulator - technically also 2D as game features same set of scenes both in 2D and after progressing and unlocking an option in 3D, it has x-ray with cum build up, sadly no bulges, but has pregnancy with progression of belly growth, some story I didn't bother to follow, some random encounters, not a bad game, but feels kinda empty and low replay value IMO, there are outfits to buy, but no character customization, use of condoms, prengancy chance, birth.

It runs poorly despite the graphics being so bad, I don't think that dev optimizes his games much.

Plus bad controls, and usual set of grindy gameplay mechanics known from his games, I'm giving this one a "nah" rating, won't be adding it to list, one game from them is enough, and the one in my list is imo better (simpler, slightly less annoying controls).

Kano Workshop has another game in progress, something like "Mugi's Sex Diary", if the translation was right.

It's looking pretty good so far, although there's not many positions available yet.
