Windows 10 Defender SmartScreen blocks the .exe file, you should prob pack it in .zip.
Also you need to install RPGVXAce RTP (200MB) to play this 3 minute game:
Mouse not working and russian menu is a nice touch...
Then whitelist the file or turn off the defender.
Why you dont already have it? You need it for every VX Ace game.
Never worked in any vx ace game.

Use zarchiver
Click and hold on game.exe
Press "open as archive".
Then move all the files inside to a separate folder and run
